I was thinking that recently too! Hopefully now there’s starting to be more Maxis March CC that’s Mid-Century Modern inspired, we’ll see more MCM builds. I think it’s an underrated architecture style with Sims 4 builders.

I live near a FLW house in North Alabama, the Rosenbaum House. It’s honestly such a beautiful home. I’m an absolute sucker for mid century modern homes.
I love anything modern and this doesn't disappoint. Its so gorgeous, hope you have fun with your sister tomorrow and have a great time on Sunday. I haven't got anything planned for this weekend apart from playing games and watching Leanders stream. Might attempt at building a farmhouse, hopefully I can do it x

Absolutely stunning! I grew up in the city of Buffalo, NY, which has more Frank Lloyd Wright buildings than anywhere else in the US, and I could immediately tell this was inspired by his work. And then you’ve decorated it in a way that makes it inviting and modern and fun. Love it!
I just adore this build, it's my favorite of anything you have done! I am a huge fan of FLW, I'm lucky enough to live in New York State and be reasonably close to some of his buildings. We have one in our city (the Boynton House in Rochester) that's a private residence but I would love to tour it one day. Funny story about it, the house was built with no gutters (because Frank didn't like them), but the owners added them later because you need gutters, duh. Later FLW visited our city, found out about the addition of the gutters, and swore they "ruined" his house and he would never return to Rochester because of that. What a diva! My favorite tour so far has been the Johnson Wax building in Wisconsin. It's astonishing. I hope you get to visit some of his works yourself one day. Thanks for your awesome content!
Perfect elegant shape, perfect brick, perfect windows and screens, perfect choice of furniture and artwork, perfect details, heck, even perfect landscaping! And, of course, perfect choice of music. 😊 This really screams "MIDCENTURY MODERN!" to me, and you executed it so well that even I might like it. It's usually not quite my thing, but it feels very familiar; I've seen so many houses with aspects of this around, but never quite as luxurious and complex in shape as this. Creations like this just tell me that any style can be attractive if it's just executed well. There are some basic aesthetic principles underlying any and all architectural styles, to do with proportions, balance, flow, shapes, etc. Basic geometry, really. I enjoy watching you build and listening to you (there are always some comedic gems in there, and you just feel so authentically and comfortably yourself); you really provide some refuge in very stressful times. Thank you! (I don't have weekends at the moment, unfortunately, since I'm a German teacher in training and have my pupils' and my own exams this month. Just being a teacher alone is already an insane amount of work, stress, and pressure, and still being in training just adds to that, as I'm constantly supervised and criticised in great detail for every mistake I make. Wouldn't wish this on my worst enemies and really hope it's worth it in the end.)
Gees. Us. I've been away from this channel for far too long. The thumbnail caught my interest. This is an outstanding piece of work. My wife and I have a home in a kinda similar style here in NZ. First storey is brick. Second is brick / wood. Top is wood. Overall style (both exterior and interior) is a blend - not 50/50 - of 80s (panelled wood walls,and the like, without the tacky feel to it) and the wonderfully warm, inviting feel of the 50s. An awesome build!! ❤️
The build somehow reminds me of the sims 3, but in the best way possible. I think it's the almost nostalgic vibe? (And the brick probably). Modern houses really aren't my style, but i adore this, it's a truly wonderful build!
Beautiful build as usual. I love the warm tones. Sometimes modern and minimalistic build can start to look a bit bare and cold but this really isn't like that. It's stunning. 9:00 that is one thing I love about how you build modern houses! to me the coolest thing about modern architecture is seeing the contrast of all the glass and stuff against a normal, grounded, regular degular background. it makes the modern thing look so space-age and amazing without being overwhelming. so, keep doing you! I lived next to a Frank Llyod Wright home in Chicago for a few years. They are pretty awesome in person. I a lot of them you can rent for vacation or events if you are ever in the States!!

Thats exactly how I feel Im not buying kits because they dont appeal to me so I spend the money on supporting CC and mod creators. I love this!! And I adore Frank Lloyd Wright!! I live in the midwestern US and we have a lot of his architecture in this area. I’m lucky to have toured many of his buildings and I live within a few blocks of one called the Dana-Thomas House. It’s soooo unbelievably beautiful. My mom even lives in a house built by one of his apprentices! I was soooo excited to see this build because it’s just my favorite style and has so much personal significance to me!! You did a really great job ♥️♥️♥️

It's the only one of his builds I've ever been in/seen with my own eyes and it was incredible! They say it's a Mayan Revival style (🤷🏽♀️) house, but when I stepped in, I immediately felt Japanese vibes (my Mama's Japanese so I felt right at home). It was amazing 😭
