This was a great video connecting two things I would have never related to each other. Whilst I feel like I’ve progressed with music, I’ve not taken care of my self physically as much as I’d like to and this video has gave me a huge burst of motivation to sort that this year. that's awesome! I think more than anything, just finding a physical activity that you actually enjoy is most important. taking care of yourself is amazing, but sticking to something you dont actually wanna do? that's super hard. depending on how deep down the rabbit hole you wanna go, I always send people to the Muscle and Strength Pyramid books. its the most modern sort of encyclopedia for gym/diet principles and giving you the tools to apply it to your own life.
