This is very insightful tutorial. Here I would recommend please write & verify xpath in SelectorsHub because DevTools gives string match as well and breaks in case of shadow dom, and svg etc. Thank you.

Hello Sir, can we do the same thing for xpath present in the android apps , which we can get through Appium inspector ?

Appium supports XPath just as WebDriver does. You can test it in appium-desktop, there may be a few features may not be supported as mobiles apps are constantly evolving so do check before use.
