Looks lovely, however the "spring onion" you used was either a white or yellow onion (in English). "Spring onions" are called green onions or scallions. You did stump me on the "tranome" because I do love greens. I Googled it to no avail. And "vegan", not so much when you add an egg . . . the title should be labeled vegetarian. Still, I want it!
