Probst may be a personality but i think his imput to the show has overall made it worse. to much about him and bullshit twists that make the popular players win! not enough about the game. Survivor
SigStratt you just had to be that guy. Also remember that there’s a whole team involved in making twists and decisions, it’s not Jeff Probst: the show, he’s just the face of it.
Jeff has had the same 5 shirts for 20 yrs
He actually said in an interview he only has about 10 of those shirts and just reuses them over the years, not the hundreds that people think. 😂

Can't blame him, aside from Kim nobody there seemed to understand the game
probably the worst season of survivor until 39. Can't be sure cause one world was the only season i couldn't bear to finish. Saw kims game for the first time at watw and troy at game changers. Tbh kim seems extremely overrated compared to how highly she rated among viewers and troy was a goat at gc. It truly might be the worst cast of survivor ever.
@@irfan7395 People want to blame the people they cast... but many of them were good and compelling... it's just they purposely cast a bunch of villains so they could use having an unlikeable cast of newbies as an excuse to bring back more returnees... not to mention they did the entire 'One World' twist completely wrong. It should of been one tribe the entire season (i figured out a great way to do it that doesnt go against the premise of the show)
One World sucked. Nicaragua is probably the one season that's worse

Jeff taunting the heroes vs villains with the “drop your buffs” moment gets me every time
Jeff's narration on Russel after Rob being voted out is the best example of his favouritism towards Rob
but he was right tho, the villains were doing good until that point, they lost challenges after russel took charged. it wasnt like jeff narrated the thing immediately after the vote, he narrated it after it wrapped up filming, as they edit the whole season. soooo.......

@@MaruchanPrime it was so obvious that the season rob won was basically just jeff browbeating the producers into putting together a season just for rob so that jeff could finally see him win
one of the worst seasons of anything on television, every fucking episode was just sitting there, rolling your eyes at how contrived everything had to be so rob could coast to the end
they didn't even try to hide it. it was such a shit season. formulaic to a fault, and while it's expected that jeff, as a person, is going to have favourites, the fact that he's the arbiter of the game and was so shamelessly favouritist just leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
Yeah and Zapatera couldn’t win a challenge after the kicked out Russel. They went in the merge with a minority and it was easy pickings for Rob.
@@MaruchanPrimeI argue that the Villains only took control because of JT giving Russell his hidden immunity idol (tbf, no one on the cast had seen Russell play, but the BWB was still a fresh memory) and continually ignored Sandra’s warnings (which Rupert mentioned in FTC)

@@fianle exactly, and Jeff keeps taking digs at Russell in this clip by saying he was motivated by jealousy, and that he has an ego so big that the Villains are "trapped" with him. It kinda shows that Jeff was pissed after Rob's elimination...
@@florismrg2180 I'm saying that the comments were made right after Rob was voted out so they're not unreasonable. They're fair comments to make to hype up the audience and acknowledge their feud.
@@fianle I'm not saying those comments were unreasonable, but I'm pretty sure Jeff wouldn't have said that if it was the other way around, even if Russell's ego is probably not that much bigger than Rob's... but it's just my opinion 😂
@@florismrg2180 If you're saying that his word choice makes it sound like he's favouring Rob when he's supposed to be impartial then unreasonable is correct. Those comments in the other direction don't make sense because Rob is a bigger name than Russell and he's actually good in challenges and at camp. He was shown to be frustrated by the villain's lack of work at camp before being voted off, and Courtney commented on it too.
