I have a rather light - moderate case of strabismus (lazy eye) so it's extremely difficult/impossible to focus on one image/letter with both eyes. The letters lower down on the chart have a prominent ghost effect in a downwards direction when I don't wear glasses. It looks like the astigmatism I also suffer from might have gotten worse. I appreciate your work Sheepy as I should likely visit another optometrist for a second checkup. :D
This was nice and relaxing, as a kid I wore glasses. Sometimes I feel like I need reading glasses, but it's also possible I just need to give my eyes a break. I know fatigue is a thing for vision, but I forget sometimes. Oh, and I recommend checking out Moonlight Cottage ASMR and Goodnight Moon ASMR TH-cam channels for more ideas for your VR chat setup. They have a lot of cool RP videos you'd enjoy and could use as inspiration

As someone whose field of non-blurred vision barrely reaches 20cm and has to go to the oftamologist yearly only to discover my vision worsened again, this was by far the most relaxing eye exam I've ever had!
funny enough that i have an appointment in 2 weeks to get fresh new contacts. the part where you have to say which lens is better is always the hardest tho lol. really enjoy your video and you hit the nail with this one.
Are you planning to do a cranial exam ASMR video? Also I cheated a bit on the hand exam because I couldn't see the last row. So I have to zoom it in for a better look
