Mount Gambier lies halfway between Adelaide and Melbourne and is the second most populated city in South Australia. It is situated on the slopes of a volcano and its surrounding areas are abundant with caves, sinkholes, lakes and walking trails. Tourists can also enjoy world class wineries, restaurants, quirky accomodation and the opportunity to see plenty of wildlife.
