I’m not saying he’s stronger by any mean (although it’s canonically confirmed that he is technically slightly better), I’m just saying that each of them has the own charm, and you shouldn’t compare.

So, she has at best removed two restraints according to my knowledge: One's comrades-in-arms must be courageous The enemy must be more powerful than oneself Saber mentions more restraints in the interlude but she removes one, the first one about being courageous.

So all we really know about Unsealed Excalibur is that it one-tapped a being that killed all the gods. The White Titan is ridiculously powerful, like beyond multiverse level, and Excalibur decimated her instantly.
