Melissa I am so enjoying all of your videos! I looked around to see if you had a more recent Hammer Video but I did not see one. I am curious if you have any experience with Fretz Textured Inserts for Fretz Hammer? Appreciate if you have any feedback or suggestions.
J3Jewelry here. I agree using hammers must be easier to get pattern onto your metal. I was able to get a neat fine pattern on the inside of my 1" hammered earring loops by hammering over the handle of my ring mandrel which has a fine rough texture, as I don't have any textured hammers - yet.
@J3Jewerly, that is a great way to get some texture. You can also alter the face of your hammer to create a texture.
I love your videos so much, Melissa. They are definitely my main go-to resource for before buying new tools.
I really enjoyed this video. It's just what i needed to see. I just subscribed.
Lovely video, wonderfully delivered... I see Miss Muir, you have Scottish background.. Cheers
Well, my husbands family sure has a lot of Scottish background. 😎 thank you for that feedback.

Yes. I have them and absolutely love them. It has been a while since I did a video on hammers. I will add that to the cue.
Thanks so much! Again, your videos are so very helpful!
@333Peppy333, That is certainly one of the best compliments a person can give me. Thank you so much. :)
