Correct - and that also goes for the house across the street from 34 Fairview - a home owned, at that time, by Deputy Chief of the Canton PD. Apparently, their Ring camera didn't capture any footage during the relevant time period on 1/29/22. Such a shame, since it would've proven the McAlberts put John out on the front lawn sometime after 3:30am.

The Pre Trials really set the stage for what happens in the trial. I was SHOCKED the judge kept defending the CW, accepting their excuses...even when they were cold busted lying (supposed test results they were waiting on for like a year that Defense finally called to follow up on and nothing wasbpending, nor had it been. Additionally, the Feds provided the strongest evidence they could without impacting whatever they are working on and the judge wouldn't allow proper time for this Bombshell to be thoroughly vetted. She had a plan to either convict or mistrial and my gut has told me since I stated watching Pre Trials, there is some relationship there, or possibly pay for play. I don't know but something AJ low putrid in the Prosecution of this case and things like this should not happen in this country.

Whats strange is evidence is usually photographed and placed securely in the proper place. But here no tail light pictures taken on the car, no pictures of pieces of tl in johns shirt. If the alberts were not involved then they would have given the nest video as well as the sgt across the street, but instead we have the inverted sally port video, missing library minutes, missing sp minutes, missing johns ring video of karen returning home video after john being dropped off, so yeah this points directly to the mcalberts, cpd and msp..

my question is what i heard from an CSI Ed Wallace, Has the defense had tail light tested in a way that can show how the it was broken? if force came to it or if the pieces show they were pulled. According to Mr. Wallace the actual pieces prove if they were snapped, smashed, pulled, or cut. It would help IMO.

The objection to mistrial couldn't be made BCS there was no confirmation of what she was mistrialing on. And she moved with immense speed after lalygagging around for MONTHS!

I've seen people tell creators to pipe down & stop talking over their content before, and they've all been much ruder than this person was here tonight.
