I'm back to the "Million Dollar Train Locker" for another day of digging and seeing what treasures these totes and boxes hold. Wowza, am I blown away! I come across a tote which holds my second largest score yet from this locker, and that's saying a lot since we've had some doozies so far. Come along for the adventure, and let's see what we find, and how much it's worth!

I don't care about model trains at all but it is fun to watch these videos and see you find these treasures. Much respect for you for not selling the locker when you got offered 150k for it. The fact he got salty about it probably means you will get a lot more then that out of it, but mostly I think the journey of going trough all this boxes is the real fun.

Love these train locker videos as I am an N scale modeller myself. For info: Bemo HOm are HO scale train running on HOm track which scales out to meter track. Mostly Switzerland and Germany use that track size. Quite pricey trains, maybe equal to Marklin, but exclusive. Keep it. Waiting for you to tackle the N scale bins…
My grandad would have been in his element in this locker. He built his own train room lol, you look much better Jack, hope you are feeling better xx

After watching these videos loving your excitement as well as the owners enthusiasm in purchasing his love of collectibles, yet no one in the family was that interested, I have come to a decision in my own life! As much as I love some of my collectibles I don’t believe my kids would really want them nor the headache of selling them. May eventually just sell them since I’m getting older.
You and your family have definitely been blessed with these storage lockers! Congratulations!

It blows my mind to think that this one locker is probably, scratch that, DEFINITELY changing the pricing landscape and availability for dozens if not hundreds of model train brands and sets. It's like an island with an amazing city on it rising out of the ocean!

Jack, I have watched every video on this locker. The other night I watched a video on youtube about the 1912 Wilpen Train wreck: Ligonier Tragedy, out of Pennsylvania. Redoubt Productions. The wreck was reconstructed using model trains and all the tiny accessories you found earlier. As the narrator told the story the reconstrucked scene was shown. It made it all so real. Amazing.
The one that you said looks like a cauldron, is a pot that carries molten steel at the factory where they process and make steel. Those are very hot when in use, the liquid in them is about 4500 degrees and the pot itself is over 800 degrees. My husband used to drive the trucks that move those giant pots in and out of the furnaces. It's very hot!

And the hair cut ( I know was a bit ago, yet it makes you look more professional and younger!

When you first found this locker and had about 3 videos posted, I joined about 6 model train Facebook groups and posted your videos in the groups along with the link to your ebay store!! Even doing that was very time consuming but I know that you got a few sales from that! I would hope that other subscribers would do the same so you can move some of these trains along and not have to sit on them for longer than necessary ! Like I said, it's a lot of work but even if a few of your subscribers could do something similar, even if it were just a couple of groups, I think it would really help you out! 😉
Also, what happened with the Marklin experts that had come to see what you had and to give you some advice on selling off the collection. Did they wind up coming back? Selling the items they took to resell? Have they offered to take more of the trains and get them out there for more enthusiasts to see them? I know you're doing well selling on ebay, but the selling is slow, especially after Christmas! I just wish you had other ways to get your products out there for consideration to collectors, as the money is there but it is such a niche market! Oh well, if there's a will there's a way!!! These are the rich mans toys. Im into Star Wars, but I can appriciate these trains, planes and cars. The amount of detail and quality is amazing in the pieces.. A true collector the former owner was. I hope he gave some money to charity to :) Much love.

Jack! The Big Boy engines you found are replicas of the largest steam locomotives ever made with a wheel count of 4-8-8-4 plus, I think 12 wheels on the tender!
You got the deal of a lifetime. Noone showed up to the auction that day, you paid $1 and are on track to make atleast $500,000. God smiled on you that day.

Love these videos, and Jana and yourself, what great personality's you both have. I am still working on getting a home, credit score is good, I was told if a person is wanting to raise their credit scores to get credit cards and use them for small purchases and pay them off each month. I am over 650 on credit score, hoping Monday brings good news for me.

So impressed with the time you take to show these train pieces and guessing out prices. I estimated just what you showed today close to $30,000.
Way way low. Unfortunately those experts that he called in and some of thr prices you see selling online was so low. I wish he would have not sold a single item and really really wait off on it and did he research and also. I wish he wouldn't have opened so many boxes that were sealed from the factory because he just devalue a lot of it even though he will still get a lot for it but not ad much as a unopened one from the factory. If hr would have kept it all and not sold one thing and wait till 2024 or even longer he would have made over a million. Yes, way over a million. Maybe millions. He had no idea what he had.

You said that storage "garage" is 12 x 30? A year after we got married we bought a mobile home that was a 12 x 56. Amazing what a small space we lived in back then.

Even with all the wonderful boxes you've gone through, you still have so much excitement for each new box. That's one of the reasons I enjoy your channel.
Looking good Jack! Nice to see you at the train locker, again. The dining car is a really neat piece. If you've never been to the California State Railroad Museum, it's a fun place. They have the full size rolling stock dining car of the piece you found. Even better, they have every table in the dining car set with different patterns of china used by some west coast railroads like SP (Southern Pacific), D&RG (Denver & Rio Grande) and more.
It's a great place to take the family. I've taken my kids there quite a few times, over the years.
Keep one of the high value trains for yourself to remember this locker. Perhaps you will have a grandson later on in life to gift it to

I tried to watch the auction yesterday and had to turn it off. I saw an item worth well over $2000 sell for pennies. I could see there were people taking advantage of the lack of research done. I wanted to speak up. Bids on that item should have started at $500

Obviously you want every item to be high value but some of the $30-$50 trains allow some of your viewers or kids to maybe start a train collection. I’m not a train fan but love these videos and can appreciate the work that’s gone into them. I can definitely see people being inspired by your videos and want to start a train collection. Keep up the great work.
