I was also having the same problem before. Just try switching some settings. Try using different d3 versions, box versions and it'll eventually open. After it opens once, you can switch to your desired settings again before the next launch. It'll work

yes, input bridge supports controller, but only xbox controllers, if you use playstation controller some keys will not work, so xbox controller works fine, by the way there's another app specially dedicated for controller named Xinputbridge its in early stages so expect some bugs and glitches, also only xbox controller works with this one
