Thanks for uploading this! Having to read this stuff at home for school is really hard, as I struggle to focus on practically anything now, so hearing this and reading along with it was super helpful!
I think that’s the point. She’s had a baby and the husband locks her upstairs where she goes into psychosis but ultimately fights/rebukes/rebels against the systematic entrapment.
THANK YOU I have an English assignment and reading this sounds so weird but hearing it out loud makes more sense.

I need help I can’t find this quote again “there are things in that wallpaper that nobody knows but me, or ever will help me find this please
Do you need to find it in the audio, or in the text?
heyitsjosh I don’t need it anymore but thank you
I’m confused on what’s going on here in this story
I think that’s the point. She’s had a baby and the husband locks her upstairs where she goes into psychosis but ultimately fights/rebukes/rebels against the systematic entrapment.
She sees herself and then many women ‘trapped behind the wallpaper’ and she frees them in the end, so rather than psychotic she can be seen as a hero.
Does she kill her husband? Is that his fainting?
@@chandlerwillis8121 More likely he fainted from shock/surprise at the narrator creeping around the room
