In 2008 Tom Ruegger pitched an idea for a series in which Looney Tunes characters would interact with Hanna-Barbera characters called Mixed Nutz, but Cartoon Network passed on it.

I doubt it. Jellystone is a world of Hannah Barbara characters, so the Looney Tunes do not fit into that world.
