Best source for CSAT is youtube nowadays and in youtube also i found this channel one of the most appropriate source becoz teachers are here starting from basicsand going to advance level and the cherry on the top is that all lectures are free of cost , which is charged around rs15,000 in any reputed coaching classes of delhi. The question can be solved by substituting from the given code itself (REP is common and L,C too)

37:26 this question is also solved by adding the place value of letters for eg R (18) + J(10) = 28 . E(5) + W(23) =28 and so on it means u have to add something to the above letter to get 28 ..hope u understand.
