@@JSOS I have to make this beauty immediately! Tonight after work I will whip up a couple of these for my husband Joel and me!! Love the herbal note!! 🙂
Though delicious these riffs is where I tend to prefer if using a liqueur split the sweet component not the amaro. I would keep the campari's volume but split the vermouth.
So, in an effort to tweak it to match both her palate and mine, we tried 30ml Plymouth gin; 20ml Campari; 20ml Ramazzotti, and 20ml Benedictine. A riff on a riff. But I discarded the orange peel exactly as Giorgi did!
Heck yes, a new way to make use of the bottle of Benedictine I have.
Perfect timing 😉 enjoy, and let me know what you think about it.
The Negroni break
Yep. One ☝️ more tomorrow and then repeat 🤣
Ooo yum
cheers!
Sounds spectacular Giorgi!!
It’s a spot on sip for anytime and any occasion 😉

That’s the beauty of any riff. You get the recipe and tail it to your liking. Endless possibilities.
@@JSOS and the joys of experimenting at home!
@@stephane.foisy.186 oh, yes. It's the best thing.
Favorite of the week, thus far. Wonder if it might work substituting Ramazzotti for the vermouth. Hmmmm.
Hey Keith. How are you doing?
You can try Ramazzotti, but you may need to adjust the Campari measure to balance the bitterness. Give it a go 😉

Discharging the orange is the best part 😂 I am glad you enjoyed it and made it to your liking. Cheers!
