    Já faço isso tudo desde 1994 estou com 7.8😂😂pareço ter50 faço jejum intermitente de 18 horas bebendo água 😂😂😂nunca fico doente ❤sempre ativa 😂Sou terapeuta Holística ❤🎉🎉🎉🎉abraço de luz 🚥 p todos feliz Natal cheio de luz Divina🎉GRATIDÃO profunda AMÉM ❤❄❄❄❄❄tudo azul em 2025❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄❄

    Boa aula pra longevidade, porém o sol pra. Vitamina D3 tem que ser de 10hs até 15hs . Com pouca roupa, tomar sol por 15 minutos a 20 minutos por dia.
