1.Good posture (straight posture, relaxed shoulders and chin parallel to the ground)
2.Use your hands effectively (show your palms from time to time, reference to the othe video)
3.Don’t try too hard (don’t lean too much forward or slouch and relax too much on the couch)
4. Use your peripherals to scan your surroundings ( don’t turn left and right constantly, walk straight and slightly turn your gaze at your peripheries to show your confidence. Also applies when conversing in group settings)
5.Maintain a warm smile at all times (avoid the no expression resting face and add a warm smile in your eyes to show your humility and attitudes)
Bonus : eye contact (squint your eyes only when you want to emphasize on certain points)

Good posture is where it all starts! I've been practicing this since a young age and i believe it's dramatically helped me look confident.
My mother is illetrate.she married in age of 10.she teach me to always walk and sit with firm shoulders and head high.and it really really make your personality super powerfull.love u ma

I gave away my youth & beauty to my abusive, narcissistic, vampire X husband during my 28 years of marriage. Yes parm! I really want to know how to speak to impress. I'm bit introvert when I meet people for the first time. I try to change that for the betterment of myself. But I fail terribly. I have a resting bitch face but inside I'm just struggling to say something that I assume that would be wrong. Whenever I try to talk something, I "feel" like I'm being so evident in knowing about the other person. But I am not.

If you can be so frank and honest publicly then u don't need tricks/coaching. Be genuine in ur expressions. Fake or trained behaviours and accents can be easily caught and they don't have lasting value. Most people will appreciate ur sincerity rather than your outward persona.

When I dress up walk with confidence, if I turn any heads (sometimes ppl feel it is necessary to taunt then) I get nervous, begin to assume more closed/ smaller posture. Parmita.. Some times I face an issue to talk to people. I mean, I do not understand what to talk to them. And I remain quiet.

As you suggested in your previous videos, I tried swinching my eyes, a little smile on my face, etc. But I'm not getting that look as you, when I swinch my eyes.. :( And unable to pull my face back as well like you do with your ears.
Need more suggestions from you to look attractive just with the features on our face. Like, changing features in different ways give different expressions on our face like how actress do. Hope, you are understanding what I'm trying to explain you.

Complimenting other women can be difficult for those with low self esteem, as we don't feel like we have the right to do so, or that nobody would care. But that can make us seem unfriendly. It has taken me much work to get to the point where I can approach other people, but it sure makes a difference- not only do you make someone else feel good, but you feel better yourself for doing it. All of the tips in this video will improve your self confidence immensely.

There's a kind of people who are toxic to development, becasue either they fed off on how you were before to look better so they want you to get stuck where you are, and some are afraid of the new you coz they don't feel they can measure up.
My advice, keep working to make yourself better, because at the end of the day its about you,so keep going. Of course, you need to work those developments with temprance so that you don't overdo it and come out as proud, but girl,keep going

Interesting ! Someone can try to be what they're not, but a real authentic person will nearly always notice fake people. To be authentic = knowing who and what you are in life, without really trying. Trying to be what's expected from the society's game of power, to try and intimidate others is only a game. A true authentic person cannot be influenced or intimidated easily. Namaste 🙏

Hii mam, I love ur videos and learned alot about communication and also about confidence building. But whenever I go out in a place around professional people I again lost my confidence. This happens repeatedly with me. One reason is that I'm not very good looking. Please make more videos how to maintain confidence if someone is not externally so beautiful.
Same here but my issue is physical size. I’m so small I’m looking up at everyone like a child. I try to visualize power and size but when faced with actual social situations my confidence wanes. Your advice would be appreciated.
