In my perspective we have a misunderstanding about what is real meaning of highly sensitive, what a highly sensitive feel and experience. The importance of about our senses, what is the meaning of absorbing feelings, emotions and the experience. What is the meaning of empaths mirror effects, feelings and experiences, and the meaning of trasmute energy, feelings, experience and work. In my experience we have to clean our body, this means we are constantly transmuting energies, we are changing negative energies into positive, this is why we are highly spiritual, we are constantly working in ourselves. I’m very calm and i remain calm even Im able to feel deeply, even I’m absorbing feelings and emotions. We are very calm, we are emotionally mature, old souls, we know when, why and how to step back if we needed. We feel deeply and it’s the most magical gift we have and I love to enjoy the beauty of every minute of my life, I love to laugh. It’s not true we don’t how we feel. I have passion, I love art, everything that we do we do it we most and deeply feelings of our hearts.
