How the Psychosocial support mobile team works in Poltava

What services can the experts of the PSS mobile teams provide?
- consultation with a psychologist;
- prompt intervention in crisis situations of domestic or gender-based violence;
- assistance in calling emergency services when needed (police, ambulance, etc.);
- support in choosing assistance services to overcome the consequences of violence (medical, legal, and other services);
- referral to specialized support services for survivors (shelters, crisis rooms, day-care centres, etc.);
- consultations regarding the rights of survivors and options for receiving assistance.
