Hahaha That's a good one! I open my mouth because it helps keep my violin on my shoulder. I was in a car accident and it makes my neck every sore after holding onto my violin without elongating my jaw. I'm getting better, but it's a LONG process.
I love seeing adults act like big kids. It's nice to stop for a minute and just have fun and smile. Too much everyday we stress about the future, Bills, etc. I love seeing people just enjoying each other, even strangers. You dont get to see that every day.
Plus people dont judge you on your looks. Like oh you're black you can't be a white anime character. Or saying that they are too fat. I love how it is a judge free zone. Plus all ages can go!
I cosplayed as Hanji from attack on titan at my first con and when I walked by someone selling ocarinas, they played the theme and it was the best feeling in the world. What you're doing is wonderful
This is why my producer always asks people s permission before we film or I interact with them in any way. Every single person in this video said yes to being filmed, then I surprised them with a tune, then they agreed for this to be on the internet. We're here to make people happy at cons, not uncomfortable. :)

As an actor who has spent an hour in a chair just for face make up, let me just say you are not only paying for the make up it’s self, but the hours that it takes the artist to style you. So let’s say it takes 5 hours for a make up session to get the body fully covered. Considering the fact that you can’t always do all your shooting in one day, that’s multiple 5 hour sessions for just one episode and X amount of episodes in a season. And that’s not including re-shoots. That money adds up man, I spoke to a Make-up artists and asked her how much it would be to cover my two fairly small tattoos on my arms. 2-300 dollars! Imagine how much a company would have to spend on Beast Boy make-up and not even know if the show is going to do well or not. Regardless if it’s a multi million dollar company, they don’t want a penny of their money to go to waste and they’ll cut costs how ever and where ever they can

Also, I've worked on the Titans production, and between stunt rehearsals, workouts, line reads, blocking, set rehearsals, and multiple takes, the actors are generally busy enough as it is. The timeframe of filming a TV series with stricter deadlines than a movie production means that Beast Boy basically would have to sleep while getting make up on if they were to do the full body paint every time he had to go on set.

It's possible that some of them don't know the original Japanese themes. They might only know the DUB soundtrack. As for that Wicked Witch cosplayer she might be playing the Witch from the 1939 The Wizard of OZ movie. Not the on from Wicked Or sometimes it just takes a while, for the brain to kick in.

To be fair, I didn't recognize the Gravity Falls theme until the very end because she played it in a different key, and I didn't recognize the song she played for Garnet (from Steven Universe) at all. It didn't sound like anything recognizable.

As an actor who has spent an hour in a chair just for face make up, let me just say you are not only paying for the make up it’s self, but the hours that it takes the artist to style you. So let’s say it takes 5 hours for a make up session to get the body fully covered. Considering the fact that you can’t always do all your shooting in one day, that’s multiple 5 hour sessions for just one episode and X amount of episodes in a season. And that’s not including re-shoots. That money adds up man, I spoke to a Make-up artists and asked her how much it would be to cover my two fairly small tattoos on my arms. 2-300 dollars! Imagine how much a company would have to spend on Beast Boy make-up and not even know if the show is going to do well or not. Regardless if it’s a multi million dollar company, they don’t want a penny of their money to go to waste and they’ll cut costs how ever and where ever they can

Also, I've worked on the Titans production, and between stunt rehearsals, workouts, line reads, blocking, set rehearsals, and multiple takes, the actors are generally busy enough as it is. The timeframe of filming a TV series with stricter deadlines than a movie production means that Beast Boy basically would have to sleep while getting make up on if they were to do the full body paint every time he had to go on set.
