I also got a question for ya, do you have any ideas on how I could line up the valve spring tool on the 6th cylinder when I can’t see if springs and retainers are lined up like they should? I’m having trouble getting all keepers back in and I think it’s because everything isn’t lined up
Strain that oil and make sure that paint ain't coming off on the inside of oil pan. Rock aUto has some pans that ruined cummins for a while. Oil pressure loss equals paint chips getting on the pick up

Question I have a 2006 dodge ram mega cab diesel 4 x 4 I am having a problem with the truck cutting out as I’m driving I see that your indicator square box flash in the trunk cut out for 2 to 3 seconds and comes right back to life. I’ve changed out the shift cable the brake switch clean the tipm connections and neutral safety switch.
Ive put a fleece 63mm (cheetah) charger and 2nd gen swap on my 03 with 90 horse injectors, ported the head no tunes.I’ve thrown an overboost code p0234 and a p0108, would a boost fooler be the key ? It almost seems as if the turbo is not spoiling as it should I’ve heard the turbo on other trucks and at idle you can hear it, as I’m sure you know. I can’t. I thought maybe I I am under-fueled and can’t spoil it, curious your input?
Depending on your model truck the factory map sensor will max out around 32 psi. So your definitely limited with an aftermarket turbo. And will inevitably get an over boost code from producing more boost than factory specs. The quadzilla boost fooler will do away with overboost codes and will allow you to produce much more boost. With your added fueling your turbo probably is a bit laggy but once you get past the factory boost settings it will spool much faster. I definitely suggest trying the boost fooler.

The seam on my crankcase breather/oil separator leaked from the factory. Techs did everything but replace it, which I finally did myself.
Here in cali diesel is 4.69-5.00 a gallon
what's the diesel price there now?
