Experience isn't always the answer and when a club is rebuilding, it's the opposite of an answer. Look at how "experience" worked in the 22/23 season or how "experience" is going with Manchester United right now. The moment things start going wrong, older players just down tools and wait for any offer the next transfer window because they've already made it, been there and done that so they don't care. A team that's in a rebuild, rebuilds with a young squad because there's room for error. When older players come in and flop, you're f****d because you can't sell them they have no market value. The bench players are frustrated with the coach for lack of trust in them. You cannot be contradicting yourself as a coach and expect your team to fully buy into your plans. A very good example of youth and experienced player combination was that wicked Ajax team in 2018/19 especially in the UCL took down RM, JUVE and could’ve taken spurs if the hype didn’t get to them.

Nini I get what you're saying with the Striker but mateta is not the Striker, he's worse than Jackson at converting chances, I'd Rather sign Brentfords Fowards than Him, Also we are Looking all over the Place When Murillo Has Single Handedly turn Forrest's Defense into a Weapon.. We talking Ball playing CB's But this guy is Experienced and A Proper Talent.. Also I Do agree with your Statements in Midfield.. Cause we need The legs to Help Caicedo and Enzo. I Saw Lavia Completely Boss that Midfield and he Doesn't have the Fitness for a Full 90 So Maybe we need to Bring Santos Back.. But the Problem is we Halt there Growths by recalling them without a Clear Plan. I look at Casade, He had just bullied his way into a Leicester team and we Called him Back only to have him Sit on the Bench, which made Absolutely No sense. now we are Selling him saying he ent good enough.. If he Stayed at Leicester with that Great run of form then next season he could be a play you could turn to.. Challobah loaned to Palace only to be recalled Because Enzo is Being an Ass.. He's one of the Best natural defenders we have and yet Enzo wouldn't give this guy a proper chance. instead He's Holding on to Disasi. when it should have been Disasi Going to Palace or another Club because he is not the profile of defender we need.. For a Striker more effort should have Gone into Signing that John Duran or that kid From athletic Madrid.. Those Players Better Suit the Remy, Kaloo 2nd Strikers that your are Referring too.. infact I believe John Duran Can be a Better Striker if give the chance with the Team we have and the Players he Very good Shooting and is better in de air than Jackson. So for me he's best suited to providing competition for Jackson and also bring Long ranged Shooting and box Treat etc which isn't Jackson's Strong point. sorry for the long reply.
Well said Nini.. That's why I always respect your channel.. Grounded and logical as always.. Totally its an immature issue and they are developing nicely but a JT, Van Dyke defender would help set the balance right. Our expectations have been exceeded beyond their current ability.
We were bound to go through a rough patch and this is that. I knew we would lose against Fulham and knew Everton would be tough. I thought, at best, we would draw against Bournemouth; but believe that we will bounce back. The top 6 clubs we play really tough against, the issue is that there's no room for draws against City, United, Arsenal, and Tottenham. We MUST beat those teams. We can afford a draw against Liverpool, as Liverpool is the only team that I think is miles ahead of us. The others, I believe we are on par with.
Maresca is still a rookie manager who definitely needs to be bold to make changes when it matters. Amorun gave all his players chances on the field before coming to choosing his first eleven
Seeing Achempong getting easily muscled off the ball by semeyeno got him instantly hooked. We needed a defender but finally trev is back home. Hopefully respect is put on this mans name. Striker back up is huge. I like the Mateta shout. Shame we got rid of both Kova ,J5 and Kante... one of them would have been a game changer.
Truy Deeny type player would be ideal short term. He was a natural leader and constant threat and commanded respect from within that Watford dressing room. I know his style of play is unfashionable right now but one look at how Chris Wood is doing shows that unfashionable doesn't mean they aren't top players
Nailed it Noni! 👌 Plus we need an Osimhen to share strike with Nico Jackson and teach him how to get his finishing that little bit better Edit: oh right you literally said just that haha 2nd edit: ok I really need to watch the whole video before commenting - no Osimhen fr?
I think Maresca is fatigued and has lost his concentration, just like it happened to him towards the end of the last season with Leicester... Is it another Dejavu?
He's weak minded! His statement of "we are not in a title race" while just points away from catching up with liverpool completely destroyed the hunger of the team to compete.
Douglas Luiz would also be available on loan !! Definitely need that Focal point upfront to Go long when we struggling from the 60th minute ... Still think Delap is the right long term option ! Jackson plays 50 minutes and Delap from there ! They are any defence nightmare
Nini, it's time to come off getting rid of Gallagher conversation. It's like reminding yourself of a good girl who once love and now she moves on. It's time for you to move on too
Problem the Owners are literally learning on the job and they dont respect defenders and experience players coz they understand the value they bring, if they did. Rudiger would have stayed
Bro, the wisdom with which you analyze and speak is just outstanding. You know how to use the right choice of words to represent your thoughts. I can relate. I hope the Chelsea hierarchy is listening
Just sign an experienced forward like Mbuemo or Semenyo as it’s obvious we may not get any of our CF targets this window. We also need extra legs in midfield. Recall Santos or Ugochukwu.
Only thing I disagree with you here Nini.. is Arsenal have experience on their squad and they are as bad as us as not scoring their chances.. we definitely have a quality issue.. and if we simply had better in that area we wouldn’t be dropping so many points.
since the owners took over they never spent top money for top players . they spent 1 billion on kids get them to a certain level and sell them for profit they are not interested making chelsea a top club only miid table . buy kids sell them for profit
The only people in the club who do not recognise that we have a problem are the directors. They have been at this stupid strategy for 3 years now. Wasting money and time whiles the other teams in the top 4 continue to improve at a faster rate with better management and proven players and managers with experience.
People gave Poch such a hard time. But this same team is lacking game management from lack of experience under Maresca in the same way. And Poch had no Cowill, Lavia, Fofana, or Tosin in the back.

I agree with the Palhinha signing. He's a great 6 that can dictate games. Reminds me of Bruno Guimares underrated
A very good example of youth and experienced player combination was that wicked Ajax team in 2018/19 especially in the UCL took down RM, JUVE and could’ve taken spurs if the hype didn’t get to them.
This is a well-argued analysis and advisory in all points made. I ask everyone here to please consider sharing it, and tagging the Chelsea hierarchy, in your social media channels.
Well said, Niinii - well said.
KTBFFH 💙💙💙
Substitutions!!! Good ones
Simply put - a spine of experience.
Someone could get the sack
I expect Manager would pay the prize
Not sure how this will change. The owners are only interested in profit they don't care about winning.
Well said Nini.. That's why I always respect your channel.. Grounded and logical as always..
Totally its an immature issue and they are developing nicely but a JT, Van Dyke defender would help set the balance right.
Our expectations have been exceeded beyond their current ability.
Nice detailed take Niinii. Very profoundly articulated
😂😂😂ffs man said mateta😂🤦🏾♂️wow
Thank you Nini. No one could have said it better
You right ❤
This is the best video analysis.
If I remember Lecister had a mid season slump then turned it around going on to win title
Well done, Nini. A very well thought out perspective. Kudos mate.
Nini , to make Top 4 will be very hard if we don’t have solid Striker, solid Defender .Thank God Chelobah is coming back to help
Excellent analysis bro... You clearly understand the game well
We need a proper CF. But the owners won’t give us what we need
Truy Deeny type player would be ideal short term. He was a natural leader and constant threat and commanded respect from within that Watford dressing room. I know his style of play is unfashionable right now but one look at how Chris Wood is doing shows that unfashionable doesn't mean they aren't top players
Man they're blowing those Jordan kits right before our eyes 😂
Nini, I don't often agree with your opinion, but YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT this time.
Nailed it Noni! 👌
Plus we need an Osimhen to share strike with Nico Jackson and teach him how to get his finishing that little bit better
Edit: oh right you literally said just that haha
2nd edit: ok I really need to watch the whole video before commenting - no Osimhen fr?
This was a much better and more composed video than the post match review
Very difficult for Chelsea to finish in top 4
I really love watching your videos because of how objective you are. I wonder how these directors can't figure out the obvious 😢
Don't you think getting Palhinha will block Andrey Santos??
I must admit, this is a detailed analysis Ninii!
@@Victor-kb4hxI think the downfall started from there
Douglas Luiz would also be available on loan !!
Definitely need that Focal point upfront to Go long when we struggling from the 60th minute ...
Still think Delap is the right long term option ! Jackson plays 50 minutes and Delap from there ! They are any defence nightmare
Enzo . Caaciedo .lavia santos our problem is goalkeeper n defender n striker
A excellent intelligent assessment of where we are.
Nini, it's time to come off getting rid of Gallagher conversation. It's like reminding yourself of a good girl who once love and now she moves on. It's time for you to move on too
Lets remind ourselves. Who allowed all of this to happen? Who decided we shouldnt sign experience?
I like the Palhinha idea but I say no to Mateta. He ain't Chelsea level imo. We might as well go for Delap even if it means getting him in the summer
Delap isn’t better
@ke5146 I think he is, plus he certainly has more upside even if he isn't right now. I'm sure that Mateta ain't Chelsea quality however
@@C.Rodgers how many of the current players are Chelsea quality?
i am glad i am not the only one that wants Mateta, he is a different profile and a handful
Problem the Owners are literally learning on the job and they dont respect defenders and experience players coz they understand the value they bring, if they did. Rudiger would have stayed
100% nail on the head and we need an experienced keeper, centre back and striker buying more teenagers in those positions will not fix the issues
Everything you said was on point
Bro, the wisdom with which you analyze and speak is just outstanding. You know how to use the right choice of words to represent your thoughts. I can relate. I hope the Chelsea hierarchy is listening
Thanks bro and thanks for interacting in the streams
Well layout Nini.
No matter the age ........there must be a desire to win , desire to be successful ...... successful targets must be set to achieve the success
Nini this is one of my favorite breakdowns you have ever done .. hey you COOKED TODAY
Sign Ederson Atalanta midfielder 🔥🔥🔥💙💙💙
Whats sad is that none of those experienced figures will be looked at
Great comtent, our owners & sporting directors need to support the coach by purchasing some experience players for him 🇧🇻🇸🇯
Just sign an experienced forward like Mbuemo or Semenyo as it’s obvious we may not get any of our CF targets this window. We also need extra legs in midfield. Recall Santos or Ugochukwu.
Sign Mateo Retegui Atalanta striker 🔥🔥🔥💙💙💙
Facts 💯
Kante and Caisedo in the middle of the park is stuff dreams are made of.
Sign Araujo Barca CB or Jonathan Tah Leverkusen striker 🔥🔥🔥💙💙💙
Only thing I disagree with you here Nini.. is Arsenal have experience on their squad and they are as bad as us as not scoring their chances.. we definitely have a quality issue.. and if we simply had better in that area we wouldn’t be dropping so many points.
They're not scoring because they have Havertz bro😂 we know the pain
@ 😂😂 facts.. we have Jackson and he misses too many
since the owners took over they never spent top money for top players . they spent 1 billion on kids get them to a certain level and sell them for profit they are not interested making chelsea a top club only miid table . buy kids sell them for profit
I just love everything about you
The only people in the club who do not recognise that we have a problem are the directors.
Name joao palhinha make me believe that nini can be very good coach
Pl pls @chelseafans let's not ovedramatic we are a very inexperienced team of kids who need so many lessons for them to learn to be a powerhouse team in Europe again, Our manager is good and our squad is good we just need 1 key thing we lack in our squad, Quality starting experienced CB, And a quality starting experienced ST
We need a player like palhinha
Player trading first - trophies whenever. Dortmund may be a feeder club, but they also use players in their prime. This Clearlake model is unique. No other ownership is 100% so greedy. This is now their sixth window. No 100-point team in sight. When will the fanbase wake up and apply pressure on the owners to change their concept?
