Em.. Try magnesium biglycenate for sleep and research its other benefits. I get it clean from British supplements. Get blue light glasses also and reduce emfs after 7 or 8pm ❤ xx hugs
Great vlog thank you for taking me shopping, while not having to go shopping! 😂. I love Massimo Dutti it’s one of my favourite stores, Zara is a hit or a miss for me but when it’s a ‘hit’ it’s a 👍🏼. Regent Street is my haunt 😊it has everything and nice little eateries when I need refuelling 😂. ❤
The blue dress with gold buttons looked great on you and the red dress. The black and white knitted jacket was cute, too. H&B chia seeds and mixed seeds are great for breakfast with greak yoghurt and dark chocolate 😊🍁🏵

Reading some of the comments on here.. you’re damned if you do, damned if you don’t. People can get so nosy and critical, but very rarely in a constructive way. Anyways, I hope Em does not take some of these comments seriously
I hope you take this as constructive but in your last few vlogs all I see is blowdries. As nice as it is to see you getting this done (maybe most gifted) I do feel it's a little out of touch. I hope you take this in a constructive way. It is a lot!
Hello, thanks for your feedback as always. I have one blow dry per week (or per two weeks) that i always pay for - supporting a gorgeous salon - incase anyone needs to see a receipt haha! So sorry that you think it’s out of touch but salons in London offer say 10x for a set fee (which is what I pay for) so i see women getting 2-3x per week here at my salon. Maybe it’s a London thing but it’s not out of touch here - maybe to some people but i never pretend to be appealing to everyone. I blow dries and i love hair care, if you check back I’ve been doing blow dries in Leeds since 2012 (eeek!!), i talk about it a lot so brands invite me to try new products (and hundreds of other girls who don’t usually disclose these as gifted!) I’m interested- would you say no? Or would you call out these other girls who have more followers and are constantly doing gifted things with no disclosure? When it’s a brand / brands you love would you say no to an appointment - a chance to trial a new product too, because a few people are annoyed online? Genuine question! I won’t apologise because I only ever feature brands i love, just so happens there have been lots of hair launches lately back to back so I am sorry and do apologise for that however it is out of my control that they all launched at the same time. I’m criticised for my every thing pretty much daily so I’d rather have a blow dry and make sure it looks better anyway. I definitely won’t continue to feature the blow dries I’ve been paying for though so hopefully that will keep things less hair orientated in future!just to offer an alternative though i have built a pretty large audience of fellow damaged hair girlies and actually a lot of alopecia sufferers so i know a lot of them are looking for my hair features. The high street would be like Oxford street or going to say a local shopping street? A US version would be going shopping on 5th avenue it’s kind of like the ‘high street’ but it can also mean a high street brand so a mid range brand like H&M. Hope that helps!
A lot of us just don’t shop at Primark. There are however a bunch of channels showing what’s available in Primark. I just did a quick search on TH-cam.
