Thanks for this video! This is exactly the final push I needed to purchase the 8004! I've been researching forever to find a good and decently priced juicer and this is so much more than just a juicer! awesome! thanks!
Hi and thank you for your comment. Omega 8004 has two screens.. one with holes (for juicing) and one without them (for mixing, melting). So you can get 2-3 products from the juicer.. Juice and pulp (with juicing screen) or only melted produce (blank screen). We haven´t tried exactly what you want to make so its hard to say if it will work or not.
Hi, thank you for a good point. The reason why we weight the juice/pulp only when we compare two juicers is simple. The quality of the fruits and vegetable differes and the juice yield as well. Example: you can use one juicer and get two different results depending on the quality of the produce (fruit/vegetable). Therefore measuring weight makes sense (is comparable) only with the produce which have the same conditions (same package).
Hi and thank you for your comment. If you take a look at Angel vs GSE video and compare with Omega video you can estimate approximate difference in juice yield between these machines. For the augers yes from time to time there appear scratches on the auger. This can happen from pits from citrus fruits, apples.. or dirt stones left on not well cleaned vegetables. After some time the scratches will appear on the auger.
@timothyevanrichard Hi, and thank you for very nice comment. We are happy that our videos helped you on decieding which machine to buy. And yes there might be some noises behind the camera as sometimes we laugh a lot when shooting =)
I cannot believe that juice does not seem to have oxidized (indicated by changing color) one bit since you juiced it! Wonderful! :-) You have the best job in the world! Wait! No! The person who gets to drink/eat all the juice/food you demonstrate producing has the BEST job!
Very observant of you to have noticed that the juice is not oxidizing. This is due to the very low RPM's (cold juicer). Not only does the Omega get great yield results but the juice quality results are also excellent.
Wish I would've had this machine when my kids were little! The sorbet looks absolutely mouth watering. Thanks for the video. As soon as my machine arrives (from Amazon) I'll give the banana sorbet a try. Thank you. Great video.
The best for nut butters (peanuts) was Champion. Especially because it gets a bit hot and makes the oil inside to make the final product (nut butter) a nice structure.
do you think you can make coconut and or sweet potatoes sorbet with this and if so how, do i use the coconut and or sweet potatoes for that? thanks. i had these two sorbet as a kid and they are my favorite. i am pretty convinced about this machine.
Thanks for the video. I got my 8006 yesterday and made juice this morning. I love it. Do you think I can grind turkey meat in it? I am pro vegetarian, I still eat chicken and fish.
Rock on! Honestly said, no matter where you live... €500 for the Omega (no matter which model) was too much money! In any case, it is unbeatable in so many ways!

Hi Damian, if you arent planning on doing a lot of leafy greens, then most people tend to lean towards the vertical solution. Hope that helps!

Excellent video and explanation. Thank you for showing all the options this machine provides.

yes of course, this is what the blank screen is for which is included with the juicer.

hello, can we make coconut milk with this by blending together dehydrated coconut and milk, but in a liquider way that you did? Thanks.
which would recommend as a first choice, mainly for fruit and vegetable juices? 8006? vrt330? Thanks for the help.
You did a great job on this clip!
Hello, does the white one get really dirty/ stained on the outside? would you recommend the chrome or white when it comes to this?

@pushypin You're quite welcome!
We really wouldnt suggest a horizontal juicer for this. You would be better off with a vertical solution if this is important to you.
You're quite welcome!
@fleetingdays Thanks!
Thank you very much. Good quality video. Loved the kid segment. I laughed a lot.
Very well organized video. Thanks a lot.
