I was just surprised that at NG+10, according to him, since we can't actually see what cycle he's on he was still doing surprisingly decent damage.
If you use the fan on him he will get stuck in a corner. It's crazy how this boss is next to impossible on your first play through then he can't touch you in ng+
It's actually really consistent. It's just a perfect freeze at the first attack of his combo. His ass can actually stick out a bit further if you freeze a tiny bit later. It's risky though. Thanks for the compliment.
I defeated him without the wind tamer in my first playthrough. Just observe him for some time and watch his movelist. It's a pretty simple one to dodge if you learn it.
hey man. it's a light attack followed by a heavy attack to perform a "tactical retreat". If you upgrade the thrust stance often enough it grants you invincibility during that retreat, which is what happens at that time stamp.

Yea, most likely enemies stop scaling after NG+6 or 7. So while it's technically the 10th cycle, it might actually be no different than cycle 6 or 7.
