You need stamina when fighting to get it you need to kill mobs for XP so the star next to your level fills up and you can get buffs from it

The buffs are stamina +1 damage extra experience heat protection health build speed cold protection swamp protection immunity to spikes aim bot murderer weapon Vehicle health stealth +3 damage buff score buff 50 coins
