Max mostly says hell and damn with Sam occasionally saying slightly stronger words like bastard

I've always loved the Sam & Max bloopers. Thanks for uploading all of these videos. I know I have the DVDs for the games I like, but unfortunately some folks who love classic Telltale Games probably don't. This is a great way to both preserve and share this content with the rest of the world.

Also, never thought of it until William Kasten mentions it and you can hear it, but he has to get a whole line out in one breath. I wonder what that does to his voice. Like how Richard Horowitz said he liked zim but that was just murder on his throat.
When Max said "subsumed" it made me realize how DIFFICULT Steve Purcell's writing is to voice act. His sentences are elaborate, usually have a list separated by commas, college-level vocabulary, and the punch line has so many words that the voice actors are asphyxiating. ...hey, wait a minute.
The VAs didn't make bloopers on purpose, but the animators used raw recording clips they held of their flubbers and animated over them. Most of the time they can use the same preset animations as in the game, but for a couple seconds there are some custom-made animations, like Sam flipping the bird.
Why do they have a Fone Bone model?? Did they make a Bone game?? Oh, fuck, now I have to research this and see if there’s any Bone content I don’t own.
Yes they were the first adventure games Telltale ever did. They made two episodes and gave up and then spent pretty much the rest of their career pretending Sam & Max was their first point-and-click.
