Hi, Do the front seats swivel? Is there a table mount for the front seats?

Thanks for watching! Ford has temporarily suspended the seat swivel on its build because of shortages. We can add a swivel at the dealer level though. There is not a front position for the table, but many owners have created clever work arounds.

I like Pleasure Way quality, but they really need to stop putting all those ugly cutouts and huge branding on the van body. It ruins the clean look of the van and makes it impossible to stealth camp because it stands out like a sore thumb. They also need to offer an all electric package that eliminates the propane system and Onan generator, and uses the chassis fuel for heat and hot water. A lot of buyers simply don't want the added weight and safety concerns of propane. This would be easily doable since they now offer a 600 amp lithium battery, 3000 watt inverter, 300 watt solar, and they can add a 2nd alternator for fast charging while driving. I also don't like any of the interior color choices. I prefer a darker look and it's a huge mistake not offering a darker interior option. These simple changes would make the Ontour one of the best B vans on the market, but as it is currently I would pass.

I had a Ford powered B-plus. Ford dealers absolutely will not service their vehicles. When I tried numerous times they were rude and hung up. I will never own any Ford again.

Thanks for watching! I am sorry to hear about your experience. I have not heard any issues with getting service on the transit van (a B van profile). I know a B+ is actually a class C which I have heard requires a Ford heavy truck center in some markets. Thankfully in the Milwaukee market we have Soerens ford, Badger Ford, and Hiller Ford which have all been able to work on the Ford RVs in this market.

    Hi,
I am trying to decide between the Pleasureway Ontour vs. the Winnebago Travato 59KL. I love the fit and finish, quality of build, warranty, and luxury of the Ontour. However, I like the 12,800 watt hours of the lithium battery package of the Travato and the stealth camping that it provides. How feasible is it to urban and boon-dock camping with the Ontour? How is it running the generator? Is it noisy? I live in hot Florida and have a dog. Is there anything I am missing that would make the Pleasureway a clear choice?

I'm in SW Florida w/a dog and two cats and would like to know, too.

The new onan generator is very quiet. The quietest they have every built. It equates to a little more noise than the main engine running. If that is to loud I would suggest all lithium like the WGO Travato with Volta. If not I would highly recommend the Pleasure way as you will get a premium build and top notch reliability. We sell both at Advance Camping. I would be happy to diver deeper into this subject. Feel free to give me a call 414-281-6330 ask for Dave

I wish they have a AWD!!!!!

Thanks for watching! Pleasure Way is taking orders for AWD Ontours. Feel free to reach out if you want to spec out an order (414-281-6330). With that being said 99% of our customers base really does not have a need for AWD. Since these vans have a nice amount of weight over the rear axle, they actually do get reasonably good traction in slippery conditions.

Problem is not enough dealers for warranty work.... Myrtle Beach is an RV town...NO pleasureway dealers

Hi Tom B, Thanks for watching! If you have an issue and there is not a Pleasure Way dealer that is close, just give the PW factory a call. They have been known to authorize non-network dealers to do warranty repairs to make sure the customer is taken care of.
