This piece is definitely designed for intermediate-advanced types students and professionals, because of the simplistic rhythm and exchange between melodic solis. Personally, for me, I performed this at least twice in my life time in middle and high school(which benefited me performing the Violin 1 and 2 part).
Foi a primeira peça orquestral que toquei, lembro-me de estar super perdido (eu tocava violino fazia apenas 5 meses) n sabia mt bem ler partituras msm tendo conseguido passar no processo seletivo.
Can understand why this piece is not played that often. I'm in a mandolin orchestra and we have been given this to play. Look forward to the last note.

Thanks for bringing this work to my attention! My youth orchestra's going to love it. And it's not an arrangement!
Don’t brag
@@mikehunt1805 Jeff didn't, whatsoever! It's authentic & genuine appreciation and gratitude towards the ensemble.
The concert master couldn’t help but grin at the end 😋
Theme music to The Glittering Prizes (1976, BBC), the acclaimed six-part drama starring Tom Conti and scripted by Frederic Raphael.
