Used syringe. Maybe your ink is not flowing properly. Check tube.

Check tube if the ink is flowing, if not, use syrange to vacuum. To remove air in tube.

@@ChipsetIO " the said cartridge above is damaged or failed" ito po yung error message. Then pina check ko po sya kanina sa technician, sabi po ang papalitan ay yung mismong carriage assembly. Di ko muna po tinanggap kasi 1500 po yung fee nya kasama na yung pampalit, di po kinaya ng busget. Nang nakauwi na po ako, ni try ko mag print { by the way po, yung black po na priprint ko pa, sa tri color po ako nagkakaroon ng error message] . nung sinubukan ko mag print ayaw na. Nakalagay Error- user intervention. saka The printer is not on the state. ano po kaya nangyari?
Nung una ang problem ko is tri color lang, ngayun ito naman, ayaw mag print... Pls reply po :(
