Meet Michael, he is Filipino-American who never met his father not until he found him on facebook and had a brief conversation letting his father know that he exist. He is originally from Samar, moved to Imus Cavite with his family including his mom. They live by farming vegetables such as Kangkong, talbos ng Kamote and the likes.
He sent me a resume on my email, for some extraordinary coincidence (I dont usually read emails about hiring and resume because I have someone checking for applicants) I clicked it and just message him to apply in person. That's how we met.
He started training in my shop for few weeks, and now this is my time and best place to hire him and be with us for good! I went to his house which is VERY FAR from my store. He walks 2 km of dirt road, ride 3 jeepneys and walk again. So I decided to help him be close to my store which I will be sharing with you in the next coming vlogs.
These are the people I am looking for my store, I want to change these people's life no requirements needed! Just honesty, hardworking and loyalty that's all I need.
You can have the best strategy and the best business in the world, but if you don’t have the hearts and minds of the people who work with you, none of it comes to life. No experience requirement, no educational attainment requirement, no age limit whatsoever. What I care about is the character of the person.

Mike’s mother is a true image of a contented mother. I cried while I was listening to her mother’s words. Halata sa words niya na hindi siya after sa mga material things. Contented siya sa kung ano meron sila ngayon at yun ang tinuturo niya kay Mike. What a wonderful mom! 😭❤️

Before Basil came into the picture,Mike can easily pass up as a regular but good-looking Filipino. It seems that halfies adjust to the Filipino environment or wherever they are situated. It's sad Mike didn't get the chance to experience the good life in the US growing up being a son of an American father. Still,Mike seems to be a good person obviously raised well by her Filipino mom. Yes, I've lived all my life in the US. I do look like more American than Filipino but I am half Filipino, my dad is from the Philippines.
There is no question that Mike is a very good person ... he is well behaved and mannered considering living in such poor condition for a long period of time ... him walking barefoot on the mud really amazed me... he has no hesitation at all. Amazing kid and mother with such simple living condition. His mother and step-dad are such a wonderful person...

Michael we have the same story I found my dad!! Year 2001 hard life way back grow up in olongapo city without father figure but I trust our father in heaven! So I made it survive as shine boy in that city! Keep it up lang if you made it here in United States! There’s a lot of work here! You can make good furtune! For your future to help your mama! Brothers In sisters like what I did to my people! In the Philippines! Anyway it will take a couple months to process your papers to embassy! If your dad! Accepted! You! I can help you buddy to get a job overhere in texas where I am!! A good men like you got room in my place here in texas okey let me know! young men! Also thank you idol Basel!
