@simbasquest1 i think a crashed ufo, barely noticeable in the distance, would be a better fit. I think itd be hard to have a flying ufo fit naturally into a scene, but if its inconspicuously placed in a pile of junk in the distance so you have to look for it, the immersion isnt ruined imo.

How about a cameo from a high level actor who jumps in just as Lucy is about to die, stims her, and then tosses a crate of 1000 stims at her feet (along with a bunch of typewriters and desk fans) and just disappears. Fallout! Ta dah!
p.s. Maybe shoot her a gun-finger emote as they fast travel back to c.a.m.p.
I'd say a more logical reason for no super mutants or deathclaws is because both would have been thoroughly purged from that part of California by the NCR.

After the master’s death most super mutants left the boneyard and wandered the wasteland. So that’s anothe reason.
I hope Norman plays a significant part in Season 2. He kinda became a fourth main character in Season 1.
100% he's the main character of the vault 31-33 story with his own sidekick and villain 😂😂😂

Well, they wouldn't have the problem of the actor aging between seasons. I mean, he's obviously a full grown adult right now. I think the actor is like 30 yrs old. I was all "Lucy's younger brother? lol"
He was a far better character than Maximus
He was honestly a great surprise of the show, didn't expect to like him much but ended up liking whenever he was on screen
Between Lucy's tranq gun knocking out some of the raiders, and the fact that is was established early on from Lucy's introduction that the vault dweller's undergo regular combat training, the show does a reasonable job explaining how they would manage to capture some of them. The only reason they did so poorly at the onset was that they were caught unawares.
*minor correction: the Ghoul doesn’t sew HIS finger back on. He sews Lucy’s finger on. He now has Lucy’s finger.

The Caswennan is an alternate name sometimes used to identify King Arthur’s ship, more commonly known as The Prydwen. So calling it the Caswennan may have just been a funny little wordplay to keep the ships identity secret during production.

@@TG626 Danse was never in command of the Prydwen. I mean technically speaking, Lancer Captain Kells is the commanding officer of the Prydwen during Fallout 4. But I believe you were referring to Arthur Maxson who was the Elder of the Brotherhood using it as a Flagship for his Expeditionary Force.
Did you notice, Lee Moldaver looks younger in the Shady Sands retrospection than in pre-war times? Here's an idea: She is NOT Miss Williams, the woman before the war. Instead, She is one of her clones, presumably brought to life every time the last one dies through the last 219 years. This way, we may see this character in season 2.

Clones work, but its not the first time we've seen people pre war lasting this long without becoming a Ghoul, Sole Survivor from Vault 111 with cryo, entirety of Vault 31, and Kellogg, who used cybernetics to stay basically immortal, and Mr House, kind of

So, the thing with the Squire becoming a Ghoul: my brain immediately went to Hancock from Fallout 4. You find out in his companion story that he isn't a radiation ghoul; he took an experimental drug!
That also gave him the best high he’d ever had.
That was my thinking. Swan also wasn’t dipped in a vat according to his notes so there’s obviously other ways.
Eddie Winter also did that to survive the apocalypse in his own bunker in Fallout 4.
However, with Hancock and Eddie it sounded more like a secret government/corporation made drug. The stuff Thaddeus got from the "Snake Oil Salesman" was much more of a homebrewed concoction. How quickly it turns ya into a Ghoul seems slower too.
Granted, you could argue Jet has a similar set up in Fallout. Being old world meth with new world flavor (Brahman shit).
So, maybe the guy figured out how to make it on his own/found out about it and reversed engineered it?
The show has taken some liberties with how ghouls work in Fallout already. So this might be another alteration. Otherwise, it could be a homebrewed FEV concoction, or something new the show is introducing like the drug that treats ghouls starting to go feral.

The Fall of Shady Sands can be taken like the Fall of Rome which took over 200 years. Something 'falling' doesn't mean it was destroyed instantly, it means it began a period of decline. See also the fall of the Soviet Union from 1988-1992.

@@MLPDethDealr32 LMAO be more melodramatic, even Tim Cain said the show was awesome. The Witcher is a bit of a mess, I will agree on that. I still enjoyed it, but it didn't feel like the same Witcher from the novels at all that's for sure.

The miners in Fallout 2 became super mutants even though they weren't dipped in FEV. I believe contact with FEV is enough to turn someone based off that, right?

Yeah I find the assertion that something called the Forced Evolutionary "VIRUS" you have o be dipped / immerse in a vat of to work. Now, it may not be an airborne virus but can still be transmitted by various bodily fluids like most colds and flus.
21:02 I think the raiders imprisoned are ones who were incapacitated during the chaos. Lucy had a tranquilizer gun from the armory. People were fighting back against them. It's definitely possible some were knocked out and not killed, then locked away when everything was over before they woke up.
Exactly... you can even compare during the Vault fight scenes, most of the Raiders that were tranq by Lucy, are the prisoners in the Vault later.

What I want to see in season 2, since this show is going "gory" is I want to see the pre-war transformation of Bud from being a human into a brain on a roomba. Like how does that process work? What could motivate someone to make that kind of sacrifice?

What makes me curious is why he's much smaller than a regular robobrain. Why not a Think Tank robobrain instead? I mean, he's a partner of Big MT so that's actually a possible thing to do, rite? I just think that his roombabrain body is far from efficient

I think another reason why they didn't include death claws and super mutants because aside from maybe the Ghoul, I do not think the characters would have survived that encounter, they need more experience in the wasteland first before they're ready for that battle.
The outro of episode eight shows a billboard for "The Tops Hotel & Casino Cryo Suites".
Wow. That could be a very important observation, there. Perhaps cryo chambers were common than the previous games suggest. Could this be how Moldaver is alive since pre-war? Or was her life extended somehow?
@@FieryWACO If cryochambers were used on multiple vaults, then clearly its a somewhat widespread technology, at least within the corporations with the need to know.

@@FieryWACO I figure that Moldaver was in one of those suites, and was awakened by a battle at New Vegas that shut the power off. That's how she meets the NCR, and thus how she makes it back to LA leading NCR remnants.
I''d say the 2277 date was refering to when the NCR probably chose to relocate the Capital to somewhere else, like Vault City. Somewhere further away from the Mojave as a redundancy plan that was pushed by the President at the time after the First Battle of Hoover Dam. So that in the event that Caeser's Legion managed to defeat the NCR at Vegas and make an attempt to invade California, they'd have a LOT more ground to cover in order to take down the NCR's leadership in the worst case scenario of a Legion invasion of California.
Thus the Fall of Shady Sands wasn't refering to its literal destruction. But its fall as the original Capital City of the NCR.

I did see some parts of an interview were the 2 major heads said, they did not want to spend all the big fun stuff in the first season (speaking of Deathclaws and Supermutants, clearly hoping for another season) and that they hope to work more with Moldaver. Considering Moldaver is dead, that sounds like lots of looks into the past.

3:05 Ghouls CAN grow back body parts AND can heal themselves, they just need an obscene amount of radiation. They call the feeling of getting rads "soothing", and explains why a Glowing One is always accompanied by others, and why the blast will heal their HP in Fallout 3. Usually, this can turn a ghoul feral though.

Yes and add in the east coast brotherhood flags and people asking why are they here and wondering what model the power armor is when the Prydwen shows up, its clear its the east coast chapter sending people to get the cold fusion tech. It is lore in fallout 4 the Prydwen was having power issues with its reactor.
This means that only the Brotherhood or Minutemen endings can be canon.
@@CyberController- Yes and I think the reason they are still in the commonwealth is there are still synths and the railroad helping them, otherwise why not return to the capital. Likely fallout 4 ending is Minutemen ending with destroying the institute and leaving both the railroad and brotherhood still around.
I believe the US before the Great War was broken up into “commonwealths” instead of states so just note that
@@janetd5121 Narratively, it wouldn't make sense to keep the Railroad around long-term. With the Institute gone, it's unlikely Synths will be a focus in any games going forward. In that case, you might as well have them wiped out by the Brotherhood.
As for them staying in the Commonwealth, that's why they're after the Cold Fusion reactor. Ingram says in 4 that, without a solution to their reactor's overheating problem, the Prydwin is stuck at Boston Airport. A Cold Fusion reactor is just what they need to get moving again.
Dude if you pay attention to literally like one of the first lines within the BOS it says “our friends from the commonwealth have informed us” meaning that they are still around confirming 1-2 canonical endings for 4

Holy cow, people really don’t know how timelines work, the fall of western Rome didn’t take a day, or a year, it took several years. The use of the word Fall is not a mistake silly, so stoked for the next season!

@@sternencolonel7328 Creators and producers of the show confirmed the bomb fell after the events of New Vegas in either 2281 or 2282. The fall of Shady Sands and the nuke were separate events.
I do think the chalkboard was poorly conveying this though
21:11 if you notice in the beginning of that same episode that Lucy is showing off the skills and training that the vault gives them, marksmanship and hand to hand combat being the most important here, not only that but there were many tranq guns that the raiders ignored after taking the armoury, so it’s not like the vault dwellers were defenceless, just caught off guard.
"Fall of the NCR" was meant to de-canonize Fallout 01, 02, NV. The backlash from the fans cause Toad howard to go back on that. The series explicitly point to Vault Te considering dropping the bombs but not actually reaching the decision, and the bombs dropped before they could.

Well considering we see the main antagonist book it to New Vegas at the end of the first season, it's pretty easy to guess where the second season is going to take place.

I don’t agree with the “Fall” part being misleading. The “Fall” of the Roman Empire didn’t happen in a specific day or year, it was a slow transition. Therefore, the “fall” of Shady Sands, like you said, is the beginning of their decline.
Wrong. The fall of the Roman Empire occurred in 476 AD. Its decline began c. late 4th century.

In episode 2 at the very beginning when Wilzig is walking past guards in the Enclave, we see a super mutant body covered up on a stretcher and it's hand is exposed. They more than hinted at super mutants we actually saw one [partially]
I kinda got the impression that the "wonder drug" the squire took might have been the same stuff The Ghoul uses to stave off feralism. I noticed it was the same color.

They probably know it's stolen, but I would guess that due to their defeat and scattering in Fallout 2, they don't have enough manpower to get it back. The only place we know of that has a significant Enclave presence at this point in the timeline is Chicago, which is way to far for Wilzig to have walked from, so I don't think they'll try to get it back soon, at least not with brute force
Lucy shot the raiders with the syringe, she might not have been the only one doing it. I assumed thats where rhe raiders came from. Maybe Moldaver told the raiders they could have the vault if she could get in and do her part
Many of the Raiders that were captured were tranq by Lucy during the fight in the Vault... Idk how the Op missed that lol
I hope we get more moments with Fallout's various robots (Protectrons, Mr. Handys, Ms. Nannies, Mr. Gutsys, Sentry Bots, etc.)

I am betting there is a Hidden Vault under the Lucky 38. Like maybe Vault 38, hence the name of the casino.
I think the dark figure might be the CEO of Vault Tec. No games ever mention the name of the CEO. Only the Assistant CEO who is Giles Wolstencroft. So, I wonder if it is someone we already met… maybe a Tenpenny descendant? I always wondered why Tenpenny Tower was still standing while the surrounding capital wasteland around it was desolated. But this part is merely speculation.
However, what I do know is that Coop’s Family had to be at Vault 21 at some point. It was said in Fallout: New Vegas Dead Money DLC, by Mr. House that there were Cryogenic Pods at the lowest levels of Vault 21 that were used by Members of the Board. After the bombs fell Mr. House opened the main portion of the vault letting those citizens funnel into the still standing New Vegas then Mr. House filled the lower area of the vault with concrete. Trapping the Enclave Enthusiasts. Soon after, hiring family leaders for New Vegas.
Leon Von Felden [West Tek] was ordered to be executed by Captain Roger Maxon at Mariposa.
Fredrick Sinclair [Big MT] was found dead at the Sierra Madre Casino.
Julia Masters [Repconn] was eventually promoted from CFO to VP of Repconn when it was bought out by Rob Co. She was in Nevada working on the Enhanced Plasma Rifles which were to be used by the U.S. Army [Enclave] right before the bombs dropped. So maybe she made it to Vault 21’s Cryopods, but I am unaware if she was able to make it there or if so, if she was able to make it out before Mr. House decided to pour cement closing the lower levels of the vault.
Ox, you should play a role in the show, smoke a cigar that was mentioned in fallout 4. "I know the history. I know the story. How it moves forward? That is a different story for a different time." And sip a wiskey. "Consider me a historian, with a sense of things foward."
Would love to see something done with tunnellers. Ulysses mentions they’d invade in years, probably less, so seeing them would be quite interesting as either a group of enemies for the group to face, or a reason to help explain the destroyed state of Vegas
The most probable answer to the fall of the NCR is lonesome road, as it’s canonical that all DLCs in New Vegas happened
I'm hoping the House ending gets canonized. If not I hope they go with the NCR ending, but the courier did do enough to aid the NCR. Maybe worked against the NCR up until the 2nd battle of Hoover Dam.
Though I always sided with the NCR, I think House is the better choice. But a benevolent dictator is still a dictator.
I think they are going to go the lonesome road route where the courier (you) nukes both the ncr and legion and the tunnelers might be a thing. Another created spices by vault tec. Idk just seeing the strip destroyed made me think no matter what choice you made it doesn’t matter

@@jackashmoreI have wondered about that as well. It could even be tied into a Mr. House ending easily. Maybe House killed the Courier for doing it afterwards, which is why they won't be in the show.
However they play it out, I look forward to watching it.
Moldavia*not sure i spelled that right* could be a clone to get her to 2296. More likely she was on ice though. Maybe she mastered the tech to make a perfectly human looking ghoul, though i doubt that. Maybe she was close developing it before, one of the companies she worked for was bought out by vault tec. Then perfected it in her own. Again its doubtful, but it would explain the serum the ghoul needs to consume to some degree. Maybe she tried to use the serum on Lucy's mom but she just went feral. So much to speculate on.

The actress for Moldaver did an interview that was very heavy on "you need a season 2" in her answers so i feel like maybe they filmed some stuff specifically to explain her for season 2?
I REALLY hope that Father Elijah is still alive and we see him in Season 2, and I have the perfect actor in mind for him, Donald Sutherland! He would feel perfect for a mad genius type like Elijah!
If he alive then he would be at the sierra madre trapped in the vault and would have a vendetta against the courier. Another one is Christina who stayed behind

Ngl I thought that Virgil making the FEV cure in fallout 4 was cannon. Ik he said it would take years or decades to formulate a cure for all FEV but it has been 10 years since fallout 4 so it’s possible he did it. Super muntants are pretty much extinct due to the cure/ being exterminated by the Bos and the enclave.
Edge runners refired up Cyberpunk 2077 into one of the best games to date. Fallout on Amazon reignited Fallout 4 into the stratosphere. This will be a theme now.

Maybe the "Fall" of Shady Sands mean the season known as autumn, which is to say that something dramatic happened in the autumn of 2277 in Shady Sands
Shady Sands falling could easily mean the day a coup took place. Then because the coup wasn't started by Vault-Tec it was then bombed. Notice that another arrow moves from that fall of Shady Sands to a mushroom cloud. Meaning the bomb went off after the fall not causing it.
The " fall" probably refers to " the fall of Shady sands starts" . As in, uprisings and fighting start. A year is a long time!
As a cosplayer who has made the vault suit and many of the periphenalea including bottle caps, I appreciate the attention to detail the show had. The vault suit was accurate.

@Oxhorn 21:10 Vault Security Exist in Vault 33, we Don't see it Often, but if you look at the scene where Chet accidently bisects a raider with a door. The dudes helping him is wearing a Gaurd outfit which means theyd have bullet proof/resist people for a charge.
I want them to explain more about the history and experiments of vault 4, I think that would be interesting.
Theory about muldavor and the raiders.
I think she knew she would need muscle that was willing to kill a LOT of people. but also didnt care too much for the raiders afterwards. I think that she didnt tell them they were going to blow up the door and leave, and instead told them they were staying in the vault. They partied and raided all night, got high, and passed out from huffing brahmen dung (jet). When the vault survivors collected themselves, they found a bunch of hungover or passed out raiders, and locked them up while they were still sleeping it off.
That silhouette might be the president, knowing no one knows about his whereabouts, and only then after Barb got the notif from pipboy and look up to the silhouette, she boldly claims to Vaultec being the first one to drop the bomb instead.
I think it would be interesting if Moldaver survived 200 years by using clones. That way, she could come back in season 2.

@jonathanpusar5931 Why are clones more campy than a monster with fingers for teeth? Or a brain on a roomba? Or a drug that heals your foot, then turns you into a ghoul? The fallout lore is so campy that it hands out merit badges.
New Vegas appears to be surrounded by the same gas that surrounds Sierra Madre Cassino.
As far as the Caswennan goes, “Caswennan” is an historic misnomer of Arthur’s ship in the legend of King Arthur, which truly and historically was named the Prydwen
in the series they mention the Plague of 77.
My guess is a Plague happened in the Wasteland.
The fact its effects even were felt inside the Vault means it was quite the plague.
I like how they make the BOS seem like more of a cult. What is confusing though is the BOS seeming to be this immense military power house with plenty of weapons, numbers and flying ships??? We all know that the very small groups of them scattered around the nation had limited amounts of weapons, power armor, no access to flight and most of them could not even contact each other. A lot of the small groups that were left have been completely wiped out or close. It's also weird how the interconnected vaults had no communication for so long. They each had a different main crop and were supposed to be helping each other but yet no one knew for 2 years that 32 was wiped out, there was no food and no word from them? We can assume concoctions like FEV can be ingested. Dipping would ensure quicker results since there is no need for the serum to have to pass through the digestive process and the circulatory system first. I do find it odd that injuries heal instantly and he seems immortal. Neither ghouls or super mutants are immortal. They can absolutely be killed with a shot through the neck. The immortality factor of the ghoul in the show is out of place and concerning to me. The other concerning factor is that ridiculous serum the ghoul needs to take regularly to keep from turning feral. I like seeing the Enclave and the NCR still being part of the world. It's nice to have many different varieties of factions.
I think they were receiving reinforcements and resources from the East Coast, hence the appearance of the Pwryden
About the Brotherhood..... haven't you played Fallout 4? Or at least heard of it? If not, then just be assured, that airship is in the game.
And going by the events established here, the canonical ending could be one in which the Brotherhood won. They already have the Capital Wasteland under control (see Fallout 3) and now Boston too.
@@HenningGu I've played all the games. The Prydwen is on the other side of the country. The canonical ending to what? NV? Not possible. The BOS does not have the numbers for anything like that. They can barely manage small groups and a lot of the groups that are in existence have completely different goals. The group in 3 didn't give a rats ass about tech and were focused on helping people of the wasteland. It was another small chapter of them and after the big fight with Liberty Prime they lost a lot more. The ONLY group that had large numbers and anything under control was the NCR.

14:15 Labeling the ship the Prydwen was a mistake. Here is my evidence: The Red Rocket filling station does the same thing. Both the "Red Rocket" sign and the pricing marquee have the same exact letters/labels damaged, and in the same exact way, as they appear in FO4. Easy conjecture: Modeling artists were instructed to "recreate this Red Rocket station / recreate this ship", so the CGI artists rooted around in the game, got all the data points they needed, and did what they were asked. And then nobody went back to fix anything, assuming they even noticed, because it would have been an edit they would need to achieve long after the work was already done.

The raiders that get imprisoned in vault 33 are the ones shot by guns like the one Lucy uses. It’s just a tranq gun and didn’t actually kill anyone. So some of the raiders were just knocked out and easily taken prisoner.
The Raiders who were captured are one’s that were left behind and it’s not hard to imagine they were detained by the rest of the Vault who were not participating in the Bomb Scene.

I think Moldaver has been alive all this time by cloning herself and transferring her memories over the centuries. It could be a cool way to introduce the clones and would make sense that she wouldn’t take shelter in a vault because she didn’t support Vault-Tec’s ideals. With that in mind she could return in the form of her younger or older self in the form of a clone.

I've already said this on a few other videos; But I do think we'll see more of the NCR in season 2. I think after Shady Sands was destroyed, they moved the majority of their people to New Vegas, or just further east in general.
Also about the bombs dropping; I still support the theory that, while VT intended to drop the bombs, China did it first and caught them off guard.
The Ghoul in the Chinese Sub in Fo4 said he didn’t drop his nukes.
i get it buut there are terminals from the chinease i beleive in the sub in f04 ( might be wrong) that link back to megaton bomb too. so on the sub ( i think) you find a terminal dated oct 2077 bot a week before the bobs fell. talk of things bing qiet until st 9.15 am a bomb was dropped by the americans acording to chinease i nbeleive aswell there is a corresponding terminal sayig the chinese droppped the bomb. im ptretty sure that canonicly the bomb in mega ton was one of the first and when youu change the white balance bc its falluout 3 there is a vut tec logo to be made ot its not 100% certain since it was over fast but the evidence leads to vault tec dropping the bombs so the chinese would retaliate cos im not sure america was going to realiate they wer elooking for peace negotions

The ghouls drug is fev. I think it’s the old fallout Bible or one of the og fallout makers that said fev in many humans stopped certain cells from degenerating, which is why super mutants didn’t touch them really also. I’d imagine it’s fev he’s still taking
You hit most of my questions, one additional one, though, would be what's up with the Stephanie Harper character played by Annabel O'Hagan? She was also from Vault 31, which implies she was also around before the war. Same thing with the Betty Pearson character played by Leslie Uggams.
Vault 87 didn't dip. When you are exploring 87, the cells where we find the failed experiments and Fawkes have prominent ventilation systems. It's used via aerosol. The mutants of the west coast were dipped because the facility was demolished, and falling into a vat is how the first few were turned.
The chalkboard doesn't say 2277 fall of NCR, it says fall of Shady Sands, which at some point is no longer the capitol of NCR (there is a billboard that Lucy see which says Shady Sands is the first capitol of NCR). One could assume that 2277 is the date at which the NCR moved the capitol, probably to the Boneyard, hence the "fall" and decline of Shady Sands. At least that is what I made of of the whole thing.
Shady Sands was still the capital of the ncr in Fallout NV. FNV takes place in 2281. That board was a subtle attempt to erase non Bethesda games from the canon. They probably realized that people took notice and that's why Todd Howard gave that awkward explanation for the scene.

I feel Moldaver got in touch with the Enclave pre bombs drop which maybe the show is portraying the Enclave as the United States and possibly they had they’re own “vaults” or way to survive a bomb without the help of Vault-Tec and which is why the Enclave scientist sacrificed everything to get that tech to Moldaver.
In regards to the FEV's ROA, it seems pretty fair for them to have strayed from the canon of entirely dipping humans into a vat of the stuff.
Even if it wasn't a narrative nightmare to find a way to submerge the squire into a bunch of plot-liquid, it just kind of makes a more practical sense to witness such unbelievably immediate effects from an inhalant. Otherwise we might be too interested in how it brings him back from a drowning instead, lol.
Further still, viruses are known to only replicate from within their hosts and a modern audience will readily recognize the susceptibility of our lungs to aerosols.

So I have a theory about Moldaver. Now, I won't say I know much about that Ghoulism, but my guess's that she started taking the drug ghouls take before seeing the outside effects of ghoulism, rendering her as a sort of perfectly maintained ghoul. That or she ended up in some sort of experiment, which could have influenced her more in her want to take vault tec down. It could have even been part of the work on cold-fusion that happened that caused her to be sort of immortal but not ghoul looking.
When Lucy came out in her wedding dress, shooting the raiders, she was shooting them with syringes full of sedatives. It’s is the sedated raiders who end up as captive. She also shoots the Ghoul with the same sedative while in Filly, but it doesn’t work on him due to his addiction.
Weird things 1. Why would Moldaver deliberately put Lucy in danger? She had been in the wedding, she knew she was Hank's daughter. She could have ordered the raider to knock out Lucy, but not kill her. She could have ordered the raiders to loot and steal, but not kill unless in self-defense and then flee, it is established that Moldaver is charismatic enough that she could have persuaded them that looting the vault was enough of a reward. She could have done a stealth operation to either capture Hank or have Monty kidnap Lucy and then exchange her for Hank. Being that bloodthirsty is out of character for the Moldaver that we are presented with.
Methinks she was half right and half wrong in the recollection of all the events in the past and her POV vs hanks

I don’t think Moldaver knew that it was Lucy who was going to get married until the vault doors open. It seems the custom is for neither vault to provide any details about those who are involved in a trade beforehand. Lucy, after all, didn’t find it strange they had no information about the “breeder” she was getting.
So it’s possible Moldaver didn’t know Lucy was the bride before hand and by the time she found out it was too late to alter her plans.
I assumed that Maldaver was in another vault, perhaps one owned by Mr. House. Perhaps she's the one who drew the diagram on the chalkboard and the date was when she arrived in Shady Sands as for some reason she blames herself for it's demise. It's also possible that after the destruction of their capital, the NCR gathered the majority of their remaining forces in NV, only to have them destroyed along with the city. Looking forward to season 2, or more interviews, for answers.
Of course "Prydwen" is intentional. They're not re-using source code from the game. The only way it's "unintentional" is if they originally wanted it to be the Prydwen and then went a different direction. However, that seems like a bit of a stretch, and I can't wait to see Elder Maxson!
He didn't knew Lucy her self. He had information about what was Vaults 31-33 were about, the experiments that were going on there. He knew about Vaults in general.

My theory about what happened to the rest of the NCR, based on clues from New Vegas & history from the first two games is this: With the destruction of Shady Sands, New Reno & the Hub took the opportunity to break off & become independent once again, and (again, based on all the talk about how the Brhamin barons were basically running it in New Vegas), that Redding also went its separate way as well, and if those 3 break away, then Vault City would most likely as well. Just an edumacated guess on my part, though.
So, in short, we might be looking at 4 successor states in the form of New Reno, Redding, The Hub and Vault City.
The wasteland "pharmacist" said he had "potions and serums". Serums are an item in Fallout 76 that gives you a mutation. And one such mutation is Healing Factor. That is what I think Thaddeus took. Interesting to see where it goes however.
Whatever happened to New Vegas will establish the canon to set the stage for everything else going forward, all we need to assemble the entire timeline puzzle is that one final piece, but what I would really like to see is the New California DLC Mod established as canon to complete the West Coast story.
Fallout 5 should take place in the PNW, with the Seattle to Eugene, Or. I-5 corridor as the setting; along with the University of Washington, that would give us both Oregon State University in Salem and the University of Oregon in Eugene to play around with as possible research lab locations as well.
We do know that FEV doesn't always turn you into the standard Super mutant. The Master and Harold had different reactions. If the Snake oil salesman altered it slightly it might turn him into something else
Vault 4 had the experiment bunker where Lucy watched a recording of a woman giving birth to baby gulpers that ate her alive, a ghoul can fully heal in extreme radiation why there are glowing ones who can heal and regenerate crowds of either ferals or tame ghouls, from tons of gameplay it is well over 4000 hours to date but always researching the new lores and regions the ref to the shady sands incident you hear from a super mutant in new vegas in freeside talking about shady sands and Navarro being well ruinated with a G.E.C.K. and seeing what the result of it could be if the creation kit is handled wrong is a nightmare i love this series im really into the story and every character even moldaver reminds me of a child of Atom zealot who seems to be immortal even the one in the glowing sea in Fallout 4and man Cooper Howards story really hits me in the heart as well, that is my lil quirk i get into any story very deeply and oh i want tons and tons more can't wait for any MR>FUZZY refs to come.
Moldaver says that Hank burned Shady Sands to the ground. That would be the fall of shady sands. You also see an NCR headquarters sign above her head when she goes out to fight the brotherhood. That's where they relocated

Correct me if I am incorrect but I think vault 4 at least so far is the only other vault that has stasis units like vault 31 but possibly for extending the time they had viable subjects to experiment on. If this holds out it may be that Coop's X and daughter may have been in vault 4 and due to scientific experiments on the non-scientists in vault 4, of which they may have been, they may be Gulppers now. Maybe the one shown in the window as Lucy enters the stasis area. ????
When it comes to the raiders if you remember when Lucy was shooting them with a tranquilizer, after they were subdued the vault dwellers just locked them in that wing
