      @GENESIS-3 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Some people change one drug for another. Some like Greek philosophy better than the Lord in Tanach. The word “sin” is not a part of Gen 3. Adam & Eve were just sent out to make a difference.

    • @skylerdrabing4323
      @skylerdrabing4323 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sin is synonymous for transgression. That is exactly what Adam and Eve and the serpent did. To break a vow with God is a transgression, a sin. Whether it is literally in there or not makes no difference. They were sent out because they were cursed. It says specifically to each person involved with the transgression, the sin, what it is they did to be worthy of the punishment, and what the punishment to them is. It is the very first declaration of sin God gave to anything, so unless they decided to add, "and this was the first transgression," which is just not the style of the writing of the Torah, there's no reason to expect the word sin to pop up. It should pop up roughly the time one person speaks to another about it, though I don't care about the subject enough to confirm my whimsical guess.
      Here's a paradox for your interpretation: Did God give Eve birthing pains because he wanted her to make a difference? Did he make the snake eat dust and lose its legs for infinity because of something other than causing humanity to transgress against the promises made to God, which is what we call sinning? If so, what is it and where does it say that in Scripture?

    • @GENESIS-3
      @GENESIS-3 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Skyler Drabing - Our parents was not cursed. Were does it say they transgressed? The birth pains was planned to start with. The word the snake got was a promise to it never needing anything in the dust.

    • @TheCuppycakedelight5
      @TheCuppycakedelight5 5 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      in Genesis 3 when God announced the curses, He said that Eve would have great pain in childbirth, the result of her disobedience The serpent was cursed for deceiving but Adam and Eve didn't have to listen to the serpent. The bright light is that God promised a savior Jesus to defeat satan and save all of humanity. God gave clear orders in Genesis 2 not to eat of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, because they would die. Transgression means breaking the rules , disobedience, offense . That is what happened when Adam and Eve ate the fruit, the disobeyed they transgressed , they sinned. Now the whole universe can see clearly what sin is, what sin does, and the wisdom , the purity and goodness of God. Now they know what a liar satan is, That God tells the truth and wants what's best for everyone, That God is love.

    Job 7:17 What is man, that you make so much of him, and that you set your heart on him
    Job 15:14 What is man, that he can be pure? Or he who is born of a woman, that he can be righteous?
    How did Job come to ponder such deep questions, those with eternal implications?
    God "set" his heart on Dr. Seif, and I've loved this dear teacher for a decade, and miss his hosting of Zola Levitt's program! I think God just has too much for Dr. Seif to do to let him stop moving and evangelizing.

    I read the Old Testament. I do not see any "racism" is the essence of the "word" of God. The "Gospel" is the same for all of mankind that is born from Adam and Eve. As I read OT history I can't help but marvel at God's patience with we who are sinners and defiant toward the concept of His Incarnation exemplifying His great love for we who are His creatures created in His Image.

    So authentic, so natural, spoken with humility and yet proud too in discovering YESHUA to be a Jew.
    All glory be to the Lord our God!

    "When I look into the first few chapters of the Bible, I wrap yellow crime scene tape all around them..." This line just shows how brilliant a lecturer he is. He integrates his life's experiences to bring out profound illustrations. I'd have loved to be a student of his. Totally glad he found Yeshua, the ultimate Teacher.

    thank you for your messages.Not long back the Lord lead me to learn more about the roots of my faith.I realized if I only follow my faith by the branch and not the root.I can go down a path that may not be accurate.
    God bless You

    When Jesus died on the cross he provided us with "forgiveness", and he sent down His Holy Spirit to his apostles, the apostles did good work, the Holy Sprit is alive in everyone who seeks it, listen to your conscience, listen to the debate you take before passing into action, good or bad it's our free will at work. I will go to Heaven when I die, I did good deeds, I try not to judge which is hard to do, and my integrity cannot be taken from me. I am not without sin, every day is a challenge. Thanks for being among those who love Jesus.

      Rita Doucet - Canada Hopefully you've come to understand that Yeshua, Paul nor YHWH taught a triune YHWH. I pray you seek the truth of our messiah.

      @@RoseSharon7777 Respectfilly, what Bible are reading that you can't see a triune God? Even if you stay in the Old Testament all three are there.
