I am allways so happy, to have this Dalai Lama Chanell to listen to his H.H. teaching regularly. Its so inspring for me to listen to H.H. as its breang me to a deeper understanding in Buddhist text. I regret so much, not having got the opportunity to learn Tibetan writing,as i was grown up in Switzerland, but so lucky to get opportunity through my father, to know a bite about Tbetan Buddhist and can deepen with H.H. teaching in this listening way. A walk in the forrest and listen to H.H. the Dalai Lamas teaching is real enlightening pour. 🙏🙏🙏
