I’m glad for this review. I was about to buy the thirsties cover for nighttime, the lining on the double gussets put me off. I think I’ll get wool cover. Thanks for the review Laina
Thought I would love the thirsties but they leaked constantly for my baby. I have heard mixed reviews so maybe if you are interested just purchase a couple at first to see if they work for you?
Not sure if you’ve already done so but can you make a video on cloth diapering a boy? There are so many videos about diapering when you have a girl. I’m currently pregnant and my baby boy is due in September.
I have been hearing a lot that the elastics have relaxed after awhile. I’m curious if this was just some “bad batches” or if they are weak. How have yours held up?
I've owned some of my size twos for about 2.5 years, others about one year now and they're in constant rotation in my stash, we get a lot of use out of them. I would say you can definitely tell the difference between my 2.5 year old ones and the 1 year old ones. But I wouldn't say they're totally relaxed. To me, relaxed elastics are pretty much not stretchy anymore, and that's not how any of mine look. Now they do look worn. They're not the bright white that they used to be, for sure. But they still fit just fine and I will continue using them.
LainasLife thank you for your response, honestly you are one of the few reviewers that I watch and ask questions cause you are honest, I know I can trust your knowledge :-)
They don't come with inserts. The cover other diapers such as a folded and pinned flat or prefold, or a fitted diaper. You can also use inserts, just lay them in a pad inside the cover.
@@lainaslife6351 Ah, okay. Weird because the inserts are the same brand...they just don't fit very well. Too long and too skinny. I'm gearing up to clean a big mess lol
We're so glad that our Duo Wraps worked well for you!

I use them with wool pants on top for our toddler and it works great.

Someone gave these to us as a gift. How the heck do we use them? There's nowhere for the inserts to snap in.
