You’re bridging to BSN and got a new grad job in the ER! That’s so encouraging because I’ll graduate as an ADN new grad next year. That makes me so happy to hear. Was it hard to get a job as a new grad in the ER? I’m also going to bridge to BSN online while I work after grad.

I wanted to ask, did any of the jobs you applied for require 1 year experience? It seems like everywhere in my area requires 1 year experience as a new grad.. slightly discouraging if I don’t get into any of my top 5 dpt. I’m hoping to get into. 😅
yes a lot of them did but i mostly looked for new grad positions! Yes it can be competitive depending on the area you are in but definitely still apply to all your top choices! Ya never know what can happen!
