After Frieza killed Krillin, Goku went to the mythical transformation Vegeta described, and Frieza feared: A Super Saiyan. He then avenges his best friend and Vegeta, and saved the universe from his terror. Once Cell came into the picture, Goku must train his son and himself for 10 days to save the world again. He then sacrificed himself in vain to kill cell with his own self-destruct. Gohan then defeats Cell, using the training Goku and Piccolo taught him, and his dad’s ghost as guidance. Goku raised the son that would save earth. Once Babadi and Buu came around. Goku not only went a step beyond, he went even further. Super Saiyan 3. He and Vegeta then fused, using the patora earrings from the kais, creating Vegito. Once Buu was dealt with, we thought it was over. No, Lord Beerus came in. Goku then literally became a god. He pushed himself to destroy a ball that would incinerate Goku and earth. He had defied a god. Once Goku black and Zamasu came in, he then learned to apply Super Saiyan to his god form, creating Super Saiyan Blue. He then gave his ki to Trunks, to finally defeat the terror known as Zamasu. Next thing he knows, there is a tournament of power, where not only is earth at risk, the entire universe is. He is willing to join forces with the evil emperor Frieza. During the intensive fights, and the endless damage he endured, when all hope seemed lost for Goku when Jiren pushed a fully powered spirit bomb back to him, Goku had shown a sign of a power only the angels could acquire. Then, during the climax, this sign was a true statement of his power. He had done it. He had completed it. He achieved *Autonomous Ultra Instinct*

This instrumental music provides me energy all the time! I remember the moment when I was on my way to home and I had two heavy bags with me. I felt so dizzy and my head was spinning, hands and legs were trembling. So, at that moment, I put on my earphone and started playing this music. It was like a senzu bean! I gained some power.
