Thank you for taping this. Originally from Toronto but living on the East Coast now, i miss the Toronto Santa Parade every year. Sweet memories of my Nanny Nikki taking me when i was a child. I would love some day to take my two granddaughters to this.

Next year, I am making it a point to go, even if i have to travel (i likely will move soon), and I'm bringing my partner, who is mexican living in the states, and he will have no choice but to enjoy it 😂😂😂. When we have kids, i need to bring them every year, It is important!!! ❤❤❤❤❤

I was apart of the parade this year 1:07:45 can’t wait for next year, I loved seeing all the smiles and cheers on everyone’s faces while walking the streets.. hope everyone has a safe holiday season and happy new year 🙏🏻🎄

I actually watched this on the CTV NEWS app. I never knew it was on youtube and it was live streamed with many people chatting.
Can't wait to watch the edited version in December on TV.
Don’t recommend it. It airs December 9. A lot of parade footage will be cut/edited to focus more on Melissa Grelo and friends than the parade itself.

Thank you for this broadcast. I've given up on the CTV coverage, which is seems to be a little bit of the parade, the cute kids of network employees, and the flavour of the month singer lip synching and pushing their latest album. I want to see all of the bands and costumed characters. It's a lot more fun.
The last few years on the CTV broadcast, the parade footage has been totally edited/cut to focus more on Melissa Grelo and friends and not the parade. They even put in singing guests that were not part of it. It’s better to watch the parade in person or on someone’s livestream feed on TH-cam.

Find it very disgusting that no major Toronto station did not cover this live or at least as, in the past, on edited tape delay.
CTV got the rights, but it’s not live. They will show on December 9, with an edited/cut version featuring Melissa Grelo and friends.

@@tleigh8794, no, really, there's people that've commented (here and on a video made of last year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade by Kenneth 'Action Kid' Chin) how they find the hosts to be fake and spouting a lot of silly banter (a person commented on the Macy's one about how the parade's hosted by and features has-beens performing, IIRC, and that they preferred Action Kid's [and other New York City based TH-camr's] coverage of the parade.)

This is CP24’s coverage without commentary.
The upcoming CTV broadcast on December 9 makes it worse as they show little parade coverage and focus more of the hosts (notably Melissa Grelo) and guests that are not part of the parade.
Seriously though did anyone count the amount of clown groups ? I lost count. Is there a clown conference after ?
