When his body was pierced by Sirin and he recreated a new body, it was weaker than the original and had a weaker immune system (because the human body is much more complex than the battle mechanisms that Welt created). It was only after some time that he managed to fix that problem. But it didn't make him any stronger. And what's more, he still has the HoR core. But because he's not a full-fledged Herrscher, it's becoming more and more difficult for him to use the power of Reason. And now he only uses it to draw anime.

This is probably completely random but can you have the Genshin Impact cast react to Bowser Vs. Eggman, seen a lot of Undertale and a majority of Mario & Sonic characters reacting to it, since the world of Teyvat kind of relies on a form of magic, this would be their kind of battle. I know it's a sudden suggestion but it would be pretty great with how you make the dialouge and characters. Of course, it's your choice in the end.
