Hello, the couch was a bit difficult to put together and needs 2 people to put it together. Once I put it together the parts fluffed out very quickly and that was good and once it was done YES it looked exactly like the picture and was very comfortable. It took us about 45 minutes to put it together. The couch was $200. And there’s more on the site thats bigger that’s affordable also ❤ I hope that helps
