Neverness to Everness (or NTE) is a new modern open world RPG created by Hotta Studios- the same developers that created Tower of Fantasy. NTE takes place in an urban environment being corrupted by invisible invaders from another dimensions. Featuring a color cast of characters you can utilized their equipped abilities to fend off monsters, solve puzzles, and participate in activities such a racing. The game will be free to play on mobile, pc, and console.
Neverness to Everness (NTE) is a supernatural open-world RPG developed by Hotta Studio. The story begins in the city of Hethereau, where you play as the first "unlicensed" Anomaly Hunter. You will join the antique shop Eibon, which relies on taking on Anomaly commissions from the public to stay afloat. Alongside your diverse and extraordinary partners, you'll explore various urban mysteries, experiencing an array of adventures filled with laughter and tears, and crafting your unique urban saga.
We will be sure to cover NTE Guides, characters, tips and tricks, and mistakes to avoid! We will also cover the best teams, tier lists, and how to reroll for the most powerful team!
Here is a summary of the upcoming characters thats soon to be released in this upcoming video game!
Nanally has participated in numerous major Anomaly containment and nullification operations, including "Danzaburou's Revenge," "Fluffy Demon King Showdown," and the "V-class Wrath GR Cloud Crisis." With her signature move, the "Coluccis Ultimate Death Shadow Nether Punch," she sweeps through all opponents, undefeated!
Mint is a living dictionary of people and places in Hethereau. Whether it's the stern finance expert from the General Affairs Office, the shaky-handed uncle from the staff canteen, the taciturn chief of the Budoriya, or the enthusiastic guide at the DSD Pop, Mint can chat with anyone... but only during off-hours!
Sakiri, the rule maker for the fridge sticky notes at the antique shop "Eibon"-Although, to this day, those who actually follow these rules... ahem, are few and far between. If you anger Sakiri, beware of her Anomaly hammer named Kiroumaru and don't get too close...

Basically it’s a mix of popular gachas we already have, and honestly it does look nice since there’s more gameplay now. I however want to play test for myself to judge it better. The biggest thing I wanna see when it’s close to release is optimization and incentives.
Incentives are definitely there. The game focuses more on sandbox activities instead of linear storytelling. Stuff like random instances, owning property, free roam vehicle driving, running businesses, upside down wall running etc.
This means you have a reason to play the game for more than 10 min a day between patches unlike a lot of Gacha games.
So the only thing left to judge is the optimization. I don’t even want to consider mobile running a UE5 as big as this effectively XD
I'm truly impressed, this game is really Hotta's redemption arc imo. I can see their passion and effort pouring into the game.
I would say Tower of Fantasy has also immensely improved the past 2.5 years
But as usual I would get bombarded by people who quit on Day 1, never came back 2.5 years later, and still insist to everyone that game is the exact same as Day 1.
So I’ll keep my mouth shut.
It’s a good thing NTE is a single player game. Gacha players are too anxious to play w other players hence why 99.9% of Gacha games are single players that sell a sense of power fantasy.
@@SimulDatCorI don't play tof but from what I've seen the game really does improve a lot and this nte cbt just further prove that hotta really want to redeem themselves after their first project's fumble.
With how popular Genshin is, it's obvious that companies will try to copy it, but the sheer amount of effort put into Genshin is not something anyone can handle. I hope this gets an identity of its own, later down the line.
i still play tof after 3 years now. i came when vera was new and the game was pretty much ded. however i never stopped playing because the art style and the gameplay was what brought me to the game. its not a direct genshin clone liek some other games. yes they tried it but tof still does its own thing and after the years? hotta developed itself to better. the game is now more f2p friendly and looks better. the first i saw the trailers from NTE i was like wait? that looks so familar. yes its hotta. i hope hotta follows the route and creates its own ideas. the current way how tof is handled and this game, shows what hotta truely can do. i cant wait to test NTE. sad tho that we wont have a player editor like in tof.
i keep reading NTR . am i cooked chat ?
maybe
It is well done sir. XD
Nah you either rejects NTR 1st and stick to vanilla or lived long enough to love NTR....😏
Always be the Netori not the Netorare.
Could be worse; You could be thinking of something entirely different every time someone mentions CBT (closed beta test).
Are the characters not affected by lighting? Feels really weird to see the turq. hair color in the red room?
If its in closed beta for China rn that means im definitely not expecting a global release for likely a year at minimum hopefully the games good but i won't know until i get my own hands on with it
they promised simultaneous release
I don't expect GTA Online gameplay from NTE, but I wouldn't say 'no' to a similar business system with the occasional escort/delivery quest (e.g. "Get the groceries from A to B. You have 5 minutes"). If it were to involve some driving with satisfying physics, even better.
Whatever shape NTE takes though, I'll be playing it once it's out. There's more in it I'm looking forward to.
Overall, the game is really good, but the combat system feels stiff and not very smooth. Compared to TOF, which handles it much better, they could probably adapt some of those ideas. But this is just the first test, so they’ll likely improve it in the future.
Thank you for the video !
Looks fun, I was an old player of Genshin, tried ToF didn't really like it ect..
The fact that somehow this game has a bit less focus on combat makes it more interesting to me, more like a chill side game I could actually see myself play for a long time
The cafe thing sounds kind of exciting. It makes me excited for what they might add in the future, but also sounds a bit tedious. I hope they consider how people will feel about it in the long term
yeah sounds interesting for the first few days but after that i can see it becoming just annoying
visually it looks appealing, maybe i'll try a bit when it released
but idk if it'll become my main game and make me stay, unless this game offer some new system compared to other games, ( for example like different 50/50 system, different pity, unique endgame content, character variaton/alter, etc)
RPG? no character costumization, no "choices that matter", the two most prominent features in RPGs but lately that tag has been thrown to whatever game thay can, RPG has no meaning anymore and yeah, im salty about it
I miss the times when we can equip flashy armours
role playing game, you role play as anime character whats wrong about it? rpg just literally means you play as character and thats it
I mean, it's pretty understandable. Character customization is literally a gacha killer, not in a good way. It will literally kill the game. Gacha needs to sell new and fresh characters for revenue. Look at ToF, they clearly don't want to do that again.
These games are RPG wanna be but can't, and only half way there as a full fletch RPG.
@@veil3756thats a retarded definition ,we play as someone else in pratically every game.
I guess Halo is an rpg And Super Mario too where we at it.
@@veil3756 by that logic ANY game would be an rpg, racing game? You role play as a racer, shooter? You role play as whatever solider. You know what rpg means, you know what entitles, do not play dumb, you're smarter than that
i love the game so much when i watched the streams its insane
0:50 I will now buy your game
Nonpon how do they integrate stamina in a game so much GTA like?
I might play it if they put more of an emphasis on the story's urban legend monster theme, give it more depth, and enhance the visuals of the characters and cut down the monster being more cuter than necessarily.
Does this game let you create your own character, like Tower of Fantasy does?
It does not
@@Nonpon Thanks for the quick response!
Maybe they'll add it in the future.
It still takes me out how inconsistent the graphics are with the characters compared to the overall environment, they looks like low poly stickers in a high def background.
what a bad name though
@@DDracee it could definitely be better
It's like Zero to Hero. I'm Asian but I find "Genshin" and "Honkai" more weird
I think the name is definitely better than other major RPGs 😂
Don't worry you'll live
I can say the same for Zenless Zone Zero.
Nte, wuwa, AE. These three games will be my top priority over the years now
nah... WuWa, Project Mugen, Azur Promilia >>>
For me it will be Azur Promilia, Wutherring Waves and NtE or Ananta (Project Mugen).
I be picking the one with best combat and gacha monetization.
Unending dawn also looks promising if it can deliver what it showed
What i notice primarily in this video is just how slowly enemies die, wonder if the combat is engaging enough for me to feel ok with that.
*I may have been level one again level 18 enemies at the time of the recording
@@Nonpon .. That.. Is eye opening! Thank you, haha!
I'll definetiley give it a shot it looks interesting... but ngl after playing Wuthering Waves the combat looks kinda stiff. Not bad, just looks less fluid and mobile as in WW. Hopefully everything else makes up for it.
Yeah, I'm a big Wuwa fan as well, i honestly think this games biggest attractors will be the gta stuff, not combat, although we know they will polish up the combat, this is just CBT1
idk, i hope it turns out well but so far from what i'm seeing it feels unpolished and definitely not finished as a whole, animations look stiff and the combat looks tedious, i hope it's just my impression or they improve it a lot before launch, guess i'll wait to try it on release to actually judge it
I just love the settings along with ZZZ
if this beta footage is truly yours, I must say even In the beta the game looked incredibly well polished like I did not spot a single "whacky" thing or something that's out of place
It is my footage. Ive stream the game for 16 hours so far
I'm cautiously optimistic about it. It looks a lot more cohesive than ToF (which is not a big achievement), but I've already noticed a lot of small things that just break the immersion completely - like the fact that the world outside stops being cloudy when you step inside the Cafe at 2:50
The combat looks extremely stale compared to the competition though. I don't know what's the feel of actually playing it, but it *looks* like Genshin further dumbed down to be without the elemental reactions.
character design is probably my only complaint
Why come
Nonness to Ponness
🫡
i really like your stuff dog
What story they bring in this game ? Still dont understand what focus they want to achieve
@@BlazeGameLab Basically horror supernatural theme. The story and combat revolve around fighting anomally around the city. On the other hand, you have a lot of side activities like managing shop, upgrading vehicles, buying houses, ...
Dandandan
What do you mean visual are up to 11 the skill animation is a white flash and some lines , hope you have eye drops on your desk when you play .
I'm so hype to try this game xd
But it's sad, i need to change stream like 8 times to get decent a chat that's less toxic.
it's crazy how people from big community keep shitting on game that not even released yet, and it's will continue like this i guess.
i really speechless when chat start spamming "mavuika lite, "stolen mavuika asset" i mean fk man, mavuika this mavuika that, and keep spamming ZZZ is better.
Do big streamer doesn't have a mod nowdays.
They really can't do anything though HoYo rats are the biggest community in the gacha genre they need that views for 👌.
Will new cities be added with new updates?
We only have a small portion of the city in the beta. There will be much more
looks like it is.
we need to see if they fix all the small and how they update the game over time. but what is here looks like the next genshin.
4:19 That was cute af
Wait how did you get access to lacrimosa
In game mission checklist
So it's similar to sandbox games? Nice i will play this.
I would like to see more polish tho.
If the open world we had now, they say "We are going to add car and house in game. And next patch will be a city." Then will NTE be competitive enough? So far I don't think so. That's a tons of work for NTE. And I hope them fix the running and jumping, it's just not feel right.
Is the leveling time gated like in ToF tho?
That shit was awful
I hope they fix the dodge it looks so short and clunky
I felt the same way
theres still no release date yet?
no
i wish i got the time to add more gacha games to my schedule
3:04 this is going destroy me due to lazyness-
ToF gives me monetization ptsd. How do you feel about NTN monetization?
There isn't any in the beta
Nuh Dc what anyone says I will play this and I will like it
Good for you
I quit from tof because of crashs, bad otimization and monetization, and bugs too, the hotta get avoid this problems in this new game?
No crashes or anything here. I had some high ping quirks because the servers are across the sea. With the monetization we'll have to see
I hope they can optimize this game like wuwa/ni no kuni at least ….
I also hope they don’t lock some qol in their 5 star characters like genshin
It looks to be a good game. But beware guys at the end of the day its still a gacha game. It will be flashy at start and then make you addicted. Its endless grinding after that.
ain't no way this game is gonna be optimized for the mobile market. Probably only top 5% to 10% of higher end mobile devices user can play this game wihtout any hiccups.
I'll be playing this while waiting for news on my main gacha game, azur promilia
@@Saji_0 so many gacha
elemental reactions from genshin impact( it is not even a reaction lol ) intro outrow skill and concerto energy from wuthering waves
trash can enemy from honkai star rail game design and graphics similar to ZZZ
the running animation looks very clunky and heavy. Idk how to describe it. wuwa and genshin and have good running animations
I miss pronounce NTE as NTR
You're cooked
NTE char design still a miss for me. Altho the side activities sounds incredible from what you've said, not to mention there's vehicle and stuffs.
You’re well time to delete ZZZ when it come out
Wait this is f2p right?
Yes
Looks like game from 2005
it's good so far, i hope this game create more tighter competition in gacha games. can't wait for more open world gacha games like new arknights, etc.
genshin's story will end in 2025/2026, so if hoyo not create sequel right after.. we might see these new cool games battle for top spot.
Truly a fresh of breath air
🫠
th game is bad from an open world to a genshin coppy i liked how we coud see players in the open world no team based combat
to be honest this game seems clunky just looking at it, maybe just stiff
I only play 2 game rn, genshin and zzz, i hope this game can replace genshin, since im thinking to quit genshin
i hope this time they fix performance issues (im still salty from ToF not fixing a day one bug thus i couldn't play)
They should completely remake the designs. These look like cheap vtuber models. Please please make better designs more in line with the city setting
I'll be 100% honest i'm not really a fan of open world gacha game i played genshin impact but after few years of playing genshin i quit genshin cuz when zzz was out i after playing zzz i realize that open world gacha game is not for me and i enjoy a smaller world to walk around in game so i think i will be skipping nte with that said let me show some my bias really quick there another factor why i wont play nte cuz when azur promilia drop thier tralier and i was sold being a waifu only open world gacha game and azur promilia is develop by manjuu studios and the developer of azur lane so i will be skipping nte for azur promilia
Finally another competitor to genshin and wuwa 😅

The graphics are somehow "plastic" in the game, a similar feeling was felt in ToF. In the same Genshin, despite the simplicity of the graphics, the competent use of shaders, shadows and lighting, due to which the graphics look soft and pleasant to the eye, in NTE it is somehow "flat", as if deprived of all this gloss.
Boring gameplay
One of the biggest annoyances I had with TOF was the intro into the game, Like leading up to the "big reveal" you pretty much figure out the combat mechanics right away, then once you wake up in that game, you go through this series of little Tutorial Mission/Quests that teaches you everything you already figured out, yet the game forces you to do those little Tutorial Mission/quests.. That really gave me a bad taste with TOF, and after grinding to like level 15, I uninstalled the game and never touched it again.
I'm really hoping that the devs learned something from TOF, like really cutting back on the pointless bullshit.
@@shushyshushy6762 NTE has a much smoother setting for sure
FIRST :)
You sure are
Genshin clone with subpar and inferior GTA elements.
With how popular Genshin is, it's obvious that companies will try to copy it, but the sheer amount of effort put into Genshin is not something anyone can handle. I hope this gets an identity of its own, later down the line.
honestly this looks so much more interesting than ZZZ. Really makes me disappointed in hoyo with all the budget they have.
It's not the same genre though so it's really going to be interesting in an open world aspect.
This is what happens when company is not that passionate in making game anymore. All they care is how can they milk more money to their dumb playerbase
@@neegamindyikes
@@fahikan NTE is what ZZZ wishes to be. imagine how much better NTE could be with the funds ZZZ had. ZZZ such a wasted potential game
So much colours feels like playing a cartoon game from 1992😢
If you were to ask me why do I hate wuwering wawes and can't wait to play NTE...? I honestly do not have a straight answer for you. They are both Genshin copy pasta rehash games but NTE looks way more fun in my opinion. I think the other thing is that NTE is not touting itself as the new "Genshin Killer" as far as I am aware and I think that is mainly why.
I think that is because they focuses on different aspects despite all being ow. Nte focuses on creating a lively world that offer more interaction from side activities than just story/combat like gi or wuwa.
And from their cbt, they actually nail those side activities very well
Grown up, I play both genshin and wuwa without any of these hate u put it on. If u dislike the game just because of it's toxic side of community, then u need to touch grass. It's just a game, treated as such.
I'm sure I'm playing this...
for a good 2-4 hours and never touching it again. Like ToF.
