BTW, why do you call your friend "monkey"? Is that her nickname?? And, finally, to answer your question why the trees in the park were BOTAK. Well, the prime time, if there is such a thing for trees shedding their leaves would be around early October to mid-November depending on several factors. Furthermore, it doesn't take all that long for leaves to fall off the trees. In general, they only take about a week, or maybe two at most, before they all fall off which means that all the leaves on those types of trees fell off even before you arrived as winter technically starts in just over a week from now. Anyway, hope you make it back home safely.
