@@Angelmirkov23 That's not how advertisements/partnerships work... If they were to use Amazon as an advertisement deal, they must use the product in the form it came in. If they don't, it's false advertisement which at that point Amazon AND Buzzfeed/Ladylike can be sued for. Plus, any legitimate company will pay for real reviews, not doctored things because if they're ever caught there's the suit that can be filed, but they also lose credibility with everyone, which no customer-based company would ever risk.

You guys should have went onto Pinterest and each team chose a house for inspiration and then found a pattern to use for cutting your own gingerbread house pieces from. You could have partnered with Tasty for recipe and technique for cutting out the pieces. Yeah, way too much work but it would have been super cool! This could be a great idea for next year...

I work at a preschool, and each class did this as a competition. I get very competitive and wanted to win badly! My house kept falling apart just like Ladylikes did because the icing wasn't holding, so I secretly hot glued it and then covered the visible glue in icing. My class wound up winning , and I'm not even a little bit ashamed that I cheated 😂
Alison Schiffiano Lmao. I did this last year at the child care center I worked at. There were 4 entries and we all had to vote at the Christmas party. Even though ours wasn’t the best we have the biggest center and a coworker told me she secretly voted three times for us and we won by like 3 votes. 😆

Why must people these days buy EVERYTHING online. If you bought the kits in an actual STORE they wouldn't be cracked and you could actually make a house. And Freddie said they bought them online because you ACTUALLY BUILD A HOUSE FROM THE GROUND UP. Like really you could get them anywhere

I've always decorated the main house pieces before assembling the house. Then I would decorate the edges.It's an easy way to "glue" together broken pieces.
