    Andagi is an Okinawan word for tempura anything deep fried in oil. By the way this recipe looks like Mrs. Taira's recipe that her grand daughters demonstrated on their own YT channel.

    I really like your videos. But I have to get technical on you for the andagi. It's an Okinawan donut, not Japanese. I'm actually surprised that you didn't know that.
