А почему не зачистили старые балки кровли или хотя бы их прогрунтовали.Это не хорошо,там очень все в плохом состоянии.Вы же делаете ремонт не на один день, а на годы.Я понимаю,что вы установили металлический каркас.это долговечней,но тоже его не прогрунтовали от корозии.
