Hi, I am currently under PGWP and am planning to apply for CEC. While calculating my CRS score, there is question "Do you have a valid job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (if needed)". I have a job offer and am working. Does this question apply to me? How would I know if my job is exempted or not?
All Jobs under PGWP is Extempt from LMIA

@@SahilSayal thanks, as its most searched topic for students working after getting work permit and if they dont get nominated within work permit tenure, they can apply for BOWP and can work until they get PR. But i know, you will explain it ,in a better way 🙂
Until they get nominated for PR means no specific limit BOWP how long is the limit to stay?? No limit ?
@@Inderrsingh If PGWP expires before receiving AOR you cannot apply for BOWP. This is my understanding, please correct me if I am wrong... To apply for BOWP work permit to be expired within 4 months, receive an AOR and have a valid working status.

Hi Sahil,
I have a doubt - My study permit, co-op work permit & SIN expires on 30th April 2023 and I have received my college’s degree/letter of completion today.
Question - Am I eligible to continue my part time job till April 30th 2023 with pgwp? Or do I need to apply for a pgwp right now to continue working part time job for now? I am aware that i would need a pgwp for full time job.

If I am in the Express Entry pool (CEC) but my CRS is below the cutoff, I wont get an Invitation to Apply for PR. But am I still in the EE (CEC) pool? If so, in such circumstances, if my Post Graduate Work Permit is Expiring, Can I apply for a Bridging Open Work Permit? Or only People with Invitation to Apply for PR with CRS score above the cutoff can apply for Bridging Open Work Permit? Please explain brother. Very Inportant for me.
