Let me show you a tiny calculation:
Character base c.rate has been estimated at 5%.
The AGI-dependency of c.rate has been estimated at 1.5%/100AGI.
I have approximately 500 AGI, so that equals about 7.5%.
My Baekho Backpack (cs item) gives me 6% absolute c.rate.
Arbalist's skill "Crux Shot" gives +18% absolute c.rate for the next 5 attacks. As you may have noticed, I'm re-using crux shot all the time.
To sum this up, we find 18.5% when crux shot is off, and 36.5% when crux shot is activated.

Here I would like to add a few unknowns:
Grenadier's "Focus" passive is unknown to be relative or absolute. As an example, 1% absolute c.rate means you will hit an additional one out of hundred critical hits. With 1% relative c.rate you crit 1% more. As an example, if your c.rate is 20%, and you have 1% relative c.rate, you will crit in 20.2% absolutely.
Same story applies to c.rate Soul Craftings on cash shop items.
To summarise: my c.rate is up to 40% with crux, but the exact value is unknown.

I am currently not playing Dragonica, but studying rather. I only play Dragonica during summer holidays.

Sure, but the odds are extremely low, as I have some different games to play when I have some spare time left.

It was fun leveling him. That's all that matters, right?
I don't play DGN anymore anyway.

Adir Rozany As in: "Why don't you play Dragonica/Flyff anymore?"
Dragonica was the type of game which was fun... at least for a while, but they killed the game. It became a game in which the best way to gain exp. is to be afk in a tower defense game mode...? Judging from Maple Saple 's message, I suppose that they took the game down even.
I quit Flyff during my last year of high school (age 18), since "I did not want to be addicted to some game as I should be concentrating on university". Frankly, university turned out to be extremely easy (i.e., for me: plenty of ppl around me are failing), so I suppose that argument no longer suffices. Nonetheless, that is why I quit playing Flyff back then. Why I didn't return? I had given everything away - there was no going back. Then again, I did not really want to go back either: I quit at my peak and that's cool. I did, however, return 2 years later to make a ranger guide video - it was fun to do, but I certainly didn't feel like grinding all the way back to hero.
Now, I only play games in which you need not really play extremely actively to be good. I.e., not mmorpgs. I still play: {Smite (fun modes only), Heroes of Newerth (fun modes only), Hearthstone}. In fact, I'm trying to minimise the number of games I play altogether: I'm trying to find different hobbies. For example, I enjoy teaching.
It's just that, playing games feels so much like a waste of time in life. Play some occasionally for relaxing reasons? Sure! But not as actively as I was used to...
Hence you can say: "what happened is that I found other hobbies, frequently called `real life' in the gaming community".
