    Hey there, dear Reader. Since I am still actively in the TH-cam phase where, I am still trying to settle onto an editing- and storytelling style... Then it would be very cash-money of You, if you could spare me a minute of your time to tell me which parts of the video you liked, and which parts you did not like... so that I could learn, and improve! :D
    Thanks for your view! And I hope you have a wonderful rest of the [ENTER TIME OF DAY HERE]! ;)

      I like this video, best part is montages, science and meme moments, it's really good. Sorry, but parts that I didn't like was where you are trying to "play" or "acting" on camera, like on 0:52 or 5:16 it's looking kind of cringe.I would recommend you to make a video where you tell the material with only one emotion, it would be interesting to see how temp of video would change.

      Very good video but I would have liked a kind of time lapse of you researching and building the batterys.but I have to agree with mixa on all parts like memes ad's a bit of flavour to the video.and keep going strong man

      I think youre trying to dumb it down to much. I know its fashionable on youtube to put on a very self deprecated air and a "this project doesnt work but please watch" attitude. But its unnecessary and this is a serious project and 3 weeks is a lot of progress. The most useful thing would be for you to explore the verious loss of efficiencies that you describe at the end. Do the batteries really need to be pre charged? For how long? How much current could you draw with more plates? Could you get up to the size of an appliance eventually? Youre looking at this project and comparing it to methods of power that have had far more industrial research and then giving up on it like its inferior. Its not, its just completely unexplored in the modern age. Keep going

    Really expert editing and pacing. I hope this channel grows! The axial flux videos seem to get more views, but this one is just as good.

      Thanks haha. Yeah, the battery videos are my worst performing videos but unlike some other TH-camrs, I do not intend to ever delete any of my videos - it's memories and a sign of progression after-all.

    Honestly this deserves so much more views that this. I'm 100% sure if you keep improving your content you will blow up.

    I just stumbled on your opposing piston video, which was fantastic, and now this. Don't stop. Do not stop making videos. Your healthy self-deprecating humor and fun editing go great with what you know already and what you're learning with us through the video. Fuck yes. Thank you. I'm seriously considering thinking about clicking subscribe at some point. Hehe just kidding already did

    I have been researching on homemade metal air batteries for almost 2 years now. Love your video. Surely its a very difficult thing to make our own batteries work.

    • @BirdbrainEngineer
      @BirdbrainEngineer  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It's quite difficult to get homemade batteries to work reliably, yeah... Though my hope is that one day I might be able to make some diy batteries that uses some more advanced battery technology... sodium-ion, maybe? :D

      @@BirdbrainEngineer I think Aluminium Air is the destination. But it needs lots of state of the art materials
      For homemade batteries, I guess we can try with Zinc Air or Zinc Carbon.
