I thought she must have really hated Homer she loved Barney. She helps smash up his cut out and her lyrics consist of calling him a loser and a boozer , he ain’t macho he’s just a drunk she wanted in Spanish even on her album. I thought maybe she hated Homer for introducing Barney to booze or something 🤣😂 . Barney is a better singer than Homer (though the plow king song didn’t show this so much ) she secretly love Homer?
@yamanqui well yeah, the yellow album is kinda comercial crap 24 hours a day comes to mind, and shitty tie ins with obscure artists (shes coming out swinging) still, i do like the sisters doing it for themselves cover, every summer with you, anyone else, which all would have fit well in SSTB as well as camp crusty, more of a guilty pleasure

OMG this is pricless. Ronstadt sounds wonderful(as always). Her gorgeous voice and earnest delivery makes Homer into a heart breaking country crooner.
